Заместитель председателя мониторинговой миссии ООН на Украине Бенджамин Моро обратился к депутатам Верховной рады с призывом инициировать закрытие украинского сайта «Миротворец». Данный факт прокомментировала Уполномоченный по правам человека в Донецкой Народной Республике Дарья Морозова.
“Обнародование личных данных журналистов, ополченцев из ДНР и ЛНР, а также других граждан является нарушением прав человека. Уже не первый год правозащитные организации указывают на то, что это недопустимо. Но, к сожалению, все их призывы ни к чему не привели. Я не уверена, что Украина как-то отреагирует и в этот раз”, — сказала Дарья Морозова.
Омбудсмен также подчеркнула, что недопустимо не только разглашение персональных данных жителей Донбасса на сайте «Миротворец», но и обстрелы мирных городов, отказ от выполнения Минских соглашений.
“Для закрытия сайта «Миротворец» у властей Украины должна быть политическая воля, которой на данный момент нет абсолютно”, — подытожила Дарья Морозова.

“The disclosure of personal data of journalists, militiamen from the DPR and LPR, as well as of other citizens, is a violation of human rights. For years, human rights organizations have indicated that this is unacceptable. But, unfortunately, all their appeals did not lead to anything. I am not sure that Ukraine will somehow respond this time either,” Darya Morozova said.
The ombudsperson also emphasized that not only the disclosure of personal data of Donbass residents on the Myrotvorets website was unacceptable, but also attacks on peaceful towns, the refusal to comply with the Minsk agreements.
“To close down the Myrotvorets website, the Ukrainian government has to have political will, which is absolutely absent at the moment,” Darya Morozova concluded.
