По итогам круглого стола «Профсоюзы как институт социальной интеграции трудящихся в Российскую Федерацию» 28 октября в Доме профсоюзов в Донецке было подписано трехстороннее соглашение о взаимодействии и сотрудничестве. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«Наше мероприятие проводится в рамках интеграционной программы с Российской Федерацией. Подписанное трехстороннее соглашение заключает в себя вопросы социальной направленности, оздоровления трудящихся, консультация при подготовке нормативных правовых актов. Заключение такого соглашения — это наш интеграционный шаг в Россию», — заявил председатель Федерации профсоюзов ДНР Максим Паршин. Он напомнил, что Федерацией профсоюзов ДНР и отраслевыми профсоюзами нашей Республики заключены на сегодняшний день более 30 соглашений с российскими профсоюзами.
По словам председателя Федерации профсоюзов ЛНР Олега Акимова, сегодня профсоюзы Донбасса в очередной раз показали, что вектор интеграции в РФ остается неизменным. «Трехстороннее соглашение, которое мы подписали с нашими ростовскими коллегами, показывает, что наши взаимоотношения с российскими друзьями крепнут», — отметил он.
Как подчеркнул заместитель председателя Федерации профсоюзов Ростовской области Андрей Шпалов, активное сотрудничество с профсоюзами ДНР и ЛНР идет уже более 2 лет. «Думаю, что наше сотрудничество будет развиваться и дальше. Мы всегда приглашаем коллег из ваших Республик на мероприятия, которые проводит наша Федерация. Нам интересен ваш бесценный опыт работы профсоюзов в таких очень сложных условиях», — сказал он. Андрей Шпалов акцентировал внимание журналистов на том, что подписанный документ — не формальность, это официальная нормативная база для взаимовыгодного сотрудничества.
Также в ходе сегодняшнего заседания круглого стола в Донецке председатель Федерации профсоюзов ДНР Максим Паршин вручил представителю Федерации профсоюзов Ростовской области Почетный знак — высшую профсоюзную награду нашей Республики, которой, согласно решению Президиума ФП ДНР, были удостоены российские коллеги. В свою очередь ростовчане отметили почетными грамотами нескольких профсоюзных активистов Донецкой Народной Республики.

“Our event is held as part of the program for integration into the Russian Federation. The signed tripartite agreement providers for the matters of social orientation, workers’ health improvement, advice for the preparation of regulatory legal acts. Such an agreement results in our integration step to Russia,” Chairman of the DPR Federation of Trade Unions Maksim Parshin stated. He reminded that the DPR Federation of Trade Unions and trade unions of our Republic have concluded over 30 agreements with Russian trade unions.
According to Oleg Akimov, Chairman of the LPR Federation of Trade Unions, today trade unions of Donbass once again have showed that the vector of integration towards Russia remains unchanged. “The tripartite agreement we signed with our Rostov colleagues shows that our relations with Russian friends are getting stronger,” he noted.
Andrey Shpalov, Deputy Chairman of the Rostov region’s Federation of Trade Unions, stressed that active cooperation with trade unions of the Donetsk People’s Republic and Lugansk People’s Republic had been lasting for more than 2 years. “I think that our cooperation will continue unfolding, We always invite our colleagues from your Republics to events held in our Federation. We are interested in your invaluable experience of working under such complicated conditions,” he said. Andrey Shpalov emphasized that the signed document is not a formality, it is an official regulatory framework for mutually beneficial cooperation.
In addition, during today’s roundtable meeting in Donetsk, Chairman of the DPR Federation of Trade Unions Maksim Parshin presented the representative of the Rostov region’s Federation of Trade Unions with a Badge of Honor, the highest trade union decoration of our Republic, which, by decision of the DPR Trade Unions Federation’s Presidium, was awarded to the Russian colleagues. In their turn, the Rostov citizens awarded certificates of appreciation to several trade union activists of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
