Сегодня, 29 октября, в ходе работы Донецкого международного инвестиционного форума его модератор, ректор Донецкой академии управления и государственной службы при Главе ДНР Лариса Костровец заявила о создании новой экономической модели. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики, эта модель заключается в формировании определённого набора преференций, которые будут предоставлены инвесторам, в том числе создании офшорных зон.
«Мы разрабатываем пути привлечения иностранных инвесторов. В основе этой экономической модели — разработка особых условий для привлечения иностранных инвесторов, создание офшорной зоны с полным освобождением от налогов и таможенных пошлин, передача земельных участков в безвозмездное и бессрочное пользование, совершенствование нормативной правовой базы, легализация инфраструктуры блокчейн-технологий. Данные тезисы лягут в итоговый документ, который будет озвучен на пленарном заседании форума и передан Правительству в качестве предложений», — прокомментировала Лариса Костровец.
Today, on October 29th, during the work of the Donetsk International Investment Forum, its moderator Larysa Kostrovets, the Rector of Donetsk Academy of Management and Civil Service under the auspices of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, announced the creation of a new economic model. According to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, this model lies in the formation of a certain set of preferences that will be introduced to investors, including the creation of offshore areas.
“We are working on the ways to attract international investors. The basis of this economic model will be the elaboration of special conditions to attract foreign investors, the creation of an offshore area with complete exemption from taxes and customs duties, the transfer of land parcels to unrequited and unlimited use, improvement of the legal framework, and legalization of distributed ledger technology. These theses will form the final document, which will be read out at the plenary session of the forum and submitted to the government as proposals,” Larisa Kostrovets commented.
