Во вторник, 9 апреля, прошла очередная рабочая встреча по реализации общественным движением «Донецкая Республика» конкурса «Опора Республики», инициированного Главой ДНР, Председателем ОД «ДР» Денисом Пушилиным, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
В мероприятии приняли участие заместитель министра связи ДНР Кирилл Пьянков, заместитель министра юстиции ДНР Алексей Шамов, начальник отдела профессиональной подготовки департамента кадровой политики МЧС ДНР, майор службы гражданской защиты Олег Кошечко, первый заместитель начальника Академии гражданской защиты Министерства по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий ДНР Михаил Кожевников, ректор Донецкой академии внутренних дел Министерства внутренних дел ДНР Анатолий Попов, депутаты Народного Совета ДНР и представители общественности.
В ходе круглого стола замминистра связи ДНР отметил важность конкурса не только для Республики в целом, но и для сферы связи и телекоммуникационных сетей.
«У нас немало идей и проектов в области цифровизации. Для их осуществления необходимы талантливые специалисты в сфере информационных технологий. Надеюсь, что благодаря конкурсу «Опора Республики» мы сможем привлечь профессионалов к крупным высокотехнологичным проектам», — сказал он.
Первый замначальника Академии гражданской защиты Михаил Кожевников добавил, что новый этап развития нашего общества предполагает пристальное внимание к вопросам гражданской обороны и безопасности жизнедеятельности. Для решения данных задач необходимы высококвалифицированные сотрудники, которые смогут представлять интересы страны и грамотно подходить к поставленным целям.
«Принимая участие в конкурсе «Опора Республики», наши граждане смогут попасть в сообщество профессионалов, которые определят будущее Республики. Мы, в свою очередь, будем рады поделиться с участниками конкурса и экспертной комиссией «Опоры Республики» своим опытом в поиске и подготовке специалистов», – подытожил Михаил Кожевников.
Рассказав об основных особенностях функционирования Донецкой академии внутренних дел МВД ДНР, о системном подходе к воспитанию и подготовке руководителей новой формации системы МВД, ректор академии Анатолий Попов отметил: «Именно кадры сегодня становятся основным конкурентным преимуществом любой организации независимо от ее предназначения. При этом следует отметить, что методы и формы кадровой работы направлены прежде всего на развитие личности. А это невозможно без саморазвития, самосовершенствования. Уверен, что конкурс «Опора Республики» откроет широкие перспективы как для молодых специалистов, так и для работников, имеющих трудовой опыт».
В ходе обсуждения вопросов повестки дня участники круглого стола выдвинули свои предложения относительно реализации конкурса, а также внесли корректировки по профильным направлениям.
On Tuesday, April 9th, there was another working meeting dedicated to the Donetsk Republic Public Movement’s implementation of the competition “Reliance of the Republic”, initiated by Head of the DPR, Chairman of the DRPM Denis Pushilin; a correspondent of the DPR official website reports.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Communications of the DPR Kirill Pyankov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the DPR Aleksey Shamov, chief of the professional training office of the personnel policy department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR, major of civil defense Oleg Koshechko, first deputy head of Academy of Civil Defense of the DPR Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disaster Response Mikhail Kozhevnikov, rector of Donetsk Internal Affairs Academy of the DPR Ministry of Internal Affairs Anatoly Popov, deputies of the DPR People’s Council and representatives of the public.
In the course of the roundtable meeting, the Deputy Minister of Communications of the DPR highlighted the importance of the competition not only to the Republic in general, but also to the communications sphere and telecommunications networks.
“We have many ideas and projects in the field of digitization. Their implementation requires talented specialists in the field of information technology. I hope that thanks to the “Reliance of the Republic” competition we will be able to involve professionals in large-scale high-tech projects,” he said.
First deputy head of Academy of Civil Protection Mikhail Kozhevnikov added that a new stage in the development of our society implied close attention to issues of civil defense and life safety. To solve these problems, we need highly skilled officers, who can represent the interests of the country and competently approach the goals assigned.
“Taking part in the contest “Reliance of the Republic” competition, our citizens will be able to get into the community of professionals who will determine the future of the Republic. We, in turn, will be happy to share our experience in the search and training of specialists with participants of the competition and the expert committee of the “Reliance of the Republic”,” Mikhail Kozhevnikov concluded.
Having told about the main features of the functioning of Donetsk Academy of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR, about a systematic approach to the education and training of heads of the new pattern of the Internal Affairs Ministry’s system, rector of the academy Anatoly Popov noted, “It is personnel who today become the main competitive advantage of any organization, regardless of its purpose. It is noteworthy that the methods and forms of personnel performance are aimed primarily at personal development. And this is impossible without self-development, self-improvement. I am sure that the “Reliance of the Republic” competition will open up broad prospects for both recent graduates and workers with job experience.”
When discussing the issues on the agenda, the participants of the roundtable meeting announced their proposals about the implementation of the competition, as well as made adjustments to the field-specific areas.
