В пятницу, 19 апреля, в рамках работы V Ялтинского международного экономического форума состоялась пленарная сессия «Мир. Россия. Крым. Новая мировая реальность», в которой приняли участие представители официальной делегации ДНР во главе с руководителем Республики Денисом Пушилиным, сообщает пресс–служба Администрации Главы.
В дискуссии, проходившей в рамках работы сессии, участвовали заместитель председателя Правительства РФ Дмитрий Козак, советник президента РФ по вопросам региональной экономической интеграции Сергей Глазьев, Глава Республики Крым Сергей Аксенов, сопредседатель Общероссийской общественной организации «Деловая Россия», председатель правления фонда «Ялтинский международный экономический форум» Андрей Назаров, председатель Комитета Госдумы по финансовому рынку Анатолий Аксаков, врио губернатора Республики Башкортостан Радий Хабиров.
В начале мероприятия заместитель председателя Правительства РФ Дмитрий Козак передал в адрес форума важное послание – зачитал обращение президента Российской Федерации Владимира Путина к участникам V Ялтинского международного экономического форума.
В послании, в частности, подчеркиваются значимые традиции форума, который с каждым годом объединяет все большее количество участников и благодаря проведению которого инвесторы могут оценить потенциал Крыма. Участникам форума президент РФ пожелал успешного запуска новых инициатив.
От имени Правительства РФ Дмитрий Козак поприветствовал участников форума и отметил, что за пять лет в Крыму была проведена беспрецедентная по масштабам работа.
Глава Республики Крым Сергей Аксенов поздравил участников форума с пятилетием Крымской весны и ещё с одним праздником – ровно 236 лет назад, 19 апреля, Крым был присоединен к Российской империи, соответствующий манифест подписала Екатерина II.
Сергей Аксенов отметил, что пять лет назад крымчане сделали цивилизованный выбор – вернуться в родное духовное пространство. Возвращение Крыма на историческую родину принесло жителям полуострова, помимо прочего, уверенность в своих силах и веру в то, что Россия всегда может отстоять интересы своих граждан.
В свою очередь советник президента РФ по вопросам региональной экономической интеграции Сергей Глазьев заявил, что главный урок, полученный за последнее время – необходимость рассчитывать на свои силы, отметив средний показатель Крыма по России и первое место по норме накопления внутренних средств.
Также он подчеркнул грядущую смену технологического уклада, указав, что важнейшими отраслями становятся здравоохранение и образование.
В ходе пленарной сессии также поднимались вопросы инвестиционной привлекательности Крыма, в том числе роста инвестиций, культурного наследия полуострова, действия Федеральной целевой программы, направленной на устойчивое развитие Крыма.
Комментируя работу пленарной сессии, Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин отметил, что жители Крыма, всей Российской Федерации, Донбасса стали свидетелями того, как динамично меняется картина современного мира, подчеркнув, что история последних пяти лет Крыма и Донбасса показывает, что волеизъявление народа вновь становится решающим фактором новой мировой реальности. Денис Пушилин заявил, что за успешными политическими победами должны следовать победы экономические, и отметил важную роль проведения таких мероприятий, как Ялтинский международный экономический форум, в решении данных задач.
On Friday, April 19th, within the framework of the 5th Yalta International Economic Forum, there was a plenary session on the topic of “World. Russia. Crimea. New World Reality”, which was attended by representatives of the official delegation of the DPR led by Head of the Republic Denis Pushilin; the press service of the Head’s Administration reports.
The discussion, held as part of the session, was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak, Adviser to the President of Russia for Regional Economic Integration Sergey Glazyev, Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov, co-chairman of the All-Russian Public Organization “Delovaya Rossiya”, chairman of the Yalta International Economic Forum board Andrei Nazarov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Financial Market Anatoly Aksakov, acting governor of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.
At the beginning of the event, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak conveyed an important message to the forum — he read out the address of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the participants of the 5ер Yalta International Economic Forum.
The address, in particular, emphasizes the significant traditions of the forum, which every year unites an increasing number of participants and thanks to which investors can assess the potential of the Crimea. The Russian President wished the forum participants a successful start of new initiatives.
On behalf of the Government of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Kozak welcomed the participants of the forum and noted that for five years, the work of an unprecedented scale has been done in the Crimea.
Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Akyonov congratulated the forum participants on the fifth anniversary of the Crimean Spring and on another holiday – exactly 236 years ago, on April 19th, the Crimea joined the Russian Empire, the corresponding manifesto was signed by Catherine II.
Sergey Aksyonov noted that five years ago the Crimeans had made a civilized choice by returning to their native spiritual space. The return of the Crimea to its historic homeland brought the residents of the peninsula, among other things, self-confidence and the belief that Russia can always defend the interests of its citizens.
In turn, Sergey Glazyev, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation for Regional Economic Integration, stated that the main lesson learned recently was the need to rely on our own strength, noting the average rate of the Crimea in Russia and first place in the rate of accumulation of domestic funds.
He also stressed that there would be an impending change of the technological way and pointed out that healthcare and education are becoming the most important sectors.
During the plenary session they also raised issues of investment attractiveness of the Crimea, including investment growth, the cultural heritage of the peninsula, the actions of the Federal Special-Purpose Program aimed at the sustainable development of the Crimea.
Commenting on the work of the plenary session, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin noted that the residents of the Crimea, the entire Russian Federation, Donbass witnessed how the picture of the modern world is dynamically changing, stressing that the history of the last five years of the Crimea and Donbass shows that the people’s is again becoming decisive factor of the new world reality. Denis Pushilin said that after the successful political victories there should be economic victories, and highlighted the important role of holding events such as the Yalta International Economic Forum in solving these problems.
