Глава Донецкой Народной Республики Денис Пушилин 9 мая встретился с участником боевых действий в Великой Отечественной войне, участником обороны и прорыва блокады Ленинграда Гусманом Ибрагимовичем Сафиным. Как сообщает официальный сайт Главы Республики, на этой встрече присутствовала супруга ветерана Елена Алексеевна.
Денис Пушилин лично поздравил ветерана с Днем Победы и присвоением звания «Почетный гражданин Донецкой Народной Республики».
«Дорогой Гусман Ибрагимович! От всей души поздравляю Вас с Днем Великой Победы! Низкий Вам поклон за Ваш бессмертный подвиг, который навсегда вписан золотыми буквами в мировую историю.
Примите в этот главный для всех нас праздник Великой Победы сердечные пожелания крепкого здоровья, бодрости и сил, а также поздравления с присвоением звания Почетного гражданина Донецкой Народной Республики!» — сказал руководитель нашей Республики.
Согласно Указу Главы ДНР № 122 от 6 мая 2019 года, члену Совета ветеранов ДНР, подполковнику в отставке Гусману Ибрагимовичу Сафину за особые заслуги в становлении и развитии Донецкой Народной Республики, весомый личный вклад в патриотическое воспитание молодежи, активную жизненную позицию и в честь 74-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 годов присвоено звание «Почетный гражданин Донецкой Народной Республики».
On May 9th, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin met with a participant in hostilities in the Great Patriotic War, a participant in the defense and breaking the blockade of Leningrad Gusman Safin. According to the official website of the Head of the Republic, veteran’s spouse Elena was present at this meeting.
Denis Pushilin personally congratulated the veteran on Victory Day and being bestowed the title of Honorary Citizen of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

On this main holiday of the Great Victory for all of us, please accept the heartfelt wishes of good health, vigor and strength, as well as congratulations on conferring the title of honorary citizen of the Donetsk People’s Republic!” the leader of our Republic said.
According to the Decree 122 of the Head of the DPR dated May 6th, 2019, a member of the Council of Veterans of the DPR, retired lieutenant colonel Gusman Ibragimovich Safin for his special merits in the formation and development of the Donetsk People’s Republic, his significant personal contribution to the patriotic education of young people, active life position and in honor of the 74th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 was bestowed the title of Honorary Citizen of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
