Местные администрации проинформировали Минстрой о восстановлении 10 062 объектов жилого фонда, пострадавшего в результате боевых действий. Об этом во вторник, 21 мая, сообщил министр строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Республики Сергей Наумец.
«По информации, поступающей ежеквартально от администраций городов и районов, на территории Донецкой Народной Республики по состоянию на 20 апреля восстановлено 10 062 объекта, поврежденных в результате боевых действий: 7947 — частных и 2115 – многоквартирных домов. Таким образом, за квартал восстановлены 67 частных и 53 многоквартирных дома», — сообщил Сергей Наумец.
При этом министр констатировал рост количества повреждённых обстрелами домов.
«Повреждено в результате боевых действий суммарно 26 909 объектов жилого фонда (22 155 частных и 4754 многоквартирных дома). Значительные повреждения получили свыше 10 тысяч единиц жилья. Не подлежат восстановлению более 2000 домов – в подавляющем большинстве это дома частного сектора», — рассказал Сергей Наумец.
По словам главы Минстроя, статистика разрушений жилого фонда в Республике растёт в основном за счет индивидуальных (частных) жилых домов посёлков прифронтовой зоны, повреждаемых или уничтожаемых в ходе обстрелов со стороны ВСУ. Только за предыдущий квартал в прифронтовой зоне получили повреждения 205 частных домов.
Напомним, восстановление получившего повреждения жилья ведется в рамках государственных программ при помощи гуманитарных организаций, а также самими владельцами. На данный момент в Республике восстановлено чуть более 37% пострадавшего от обстрелов жилья.
Local administrations informed the Ministry of Construction about the reconstruction of 10,062 housing facilities damaged as a result of hostilities. This was announced on Tuesday, May 21st, by Minister of Construction Industry and Public Utilities the Republic Sergey Naumets.
“According to information coming quarterly from the administrations of cities, towns and districts, in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic as of April 20th, 10,062 facilities damaged as a result of hostilities have been reconstructed: 7,947 separate houses and 2,115 apartment buildings. Thus, 67 separate houses and 53 apartment buildings have been reconstructed over the last 3 month,” Sergey Naumets informed.
At the same time, the minister stated an increase in the number of houses damaged by shelling.
“A total of 26,909 housing facilities (22,155 separate houses and 4,754 apartment buildings) have been damaged as a result of hostilities. Over 10 thousand housing units have been caused significant damage. More than 2,000 houses are not subject to reconstruction – the vast majority is houses in the inner suburbs,” Sergey Naumets told.
According to the chief of the Ministry of Construction, statistics on the destroyed housing stock in the Republic grows mainly due to detached (separate) dwelling houses in the villages of the front-line zone damaged or destroyed during shelling by the AFU. Only in the previous quarter, in the front-line zone, 205 separate houses have been damaged.
Recall that the reconstruction of damaged housing is carried out in the framework of government programs with the help of humanitarian organizations, as well as by the owners themselves. At the moment, a little more than 37% of housing damaged by shelling has been reconstructed in the Republic.
