Сегодня, 30 мая, министр труда и социальной политики ДНР Лариса Толстыкина приняла участие в церемонии награждения победителей конкурса детского рисунка «Мое детство – под защитой!», которая прошла в художественно-выставочном центре «Арт-Донбасс» в преддверии Международного дня защиты детей.
Конкурс проводился под эгидой Министерства труда и социальной политики ДНР и Государственной службы по делам семьи и детей ДНР среди детей-сирот и детей, лишенных родительского попечения, которые воспитываются в приемных семьях и детских домах семейного типа. На конкурс были представлены 50 рисунков ребят возрастом от 6 до 18 лет, по итогам отобрано девять работ, сообщает пресс-служба Минтруда и соцполитики ДНР.
Лариса Толстыкина поделилась с журналистами своими впечатлениями от выставки рисунков: «Впечатление до мурашек по коже. Дети рисуют то, что видят, что чувствуют. Сколько бы мы словами не описывали происходящее вокруг и внутри нас, на рисунке ребенка это трогает до глубины души. С одной стороны, сентиментально, с другой — очень тревожно. Там мечты, там страхи, там окружающий мир. Тем более конкурс был проведен среди детей с особым восприятием семьи. Ведь дети, которые приобретают семью, потеряв ее однажды, по-другому смотрят на мир, глубже чувствуют и любовь, и отношения. В этих рисунках все это отражено. Победителей было очень тяжело определить, но конкурс есть конкурс!», – отметила Лариса Толстыкина.
«В состав конкурсной комиссии входили представители Министерства труда и социальной политики, Государственной службы по делам семьи и детей, Донецкого художественного колледжа. Выбрали в каждой возрастной категории по три работы. Споры были жаркие, потому что работы оказались настолько душевные, настолько талантливые, что оценить их и определить лучшую было очень тяжело. Мы надеемся сделать такой конкурс доброй традицией», – рассказала заместитель директора Госслужбы Марина Дихтярюк.
После торжественной церемонии награждения победителей всех участников конкурса ждал еще один сюрприз – прогулка-экскурсия по выставочным залам художественного музея, где они смогли познакомиться с уникальными картинами, на которых изображены страницы из жизни дружественных нашему государству Республик.
Today, on May 30th, Minister for Labor and Social Policy of the DPR Larisa Tolstykina took part in the awards ceremony for the winners of the children’s drawing competition My Childhood is Protected!, which was hosted by the Art-Donbass exhibition center on the eve of International Children’s Day.
The competition was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the DPR and the State Service for Family and Children of the DPR among orphans and children deprived of parental care, who are brought up in foster families and family-type orphanages. 50 drawings of children aged 6 to 18 were submitted to the competition, nine works were selected based on the results; the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy of the DPR reports.
Larisa Tolstykina shared her impressions of the exhibition of drawings with journalists, “That’s just giving me goosebumps. Children draw what they see, what they feel. No matter how much we describe in words what is happening around and within us, in a child’s drawing it touches us to the core. On the one hand, sentimentally, on the other very disturbing. There are dreams, there are fears, there is a world around. Moreover, the competition was held among children getting a special family education. After all, children who acquire a family, having lost it once, see the world differently, feel love and relationships more deeply. These drawings reflect all that. It was really hard to choose the winners, but the competition is the competition!” Larisa Tolstykina noted.
“The composition of the competition commission joined representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the State Service for Family and Children, Donetsk Art College. We chose three works in each age category. The controversy was hot, because the works were so soulful, so talented that it was very hard to evaluate them and pick the best ones. We hope to make a good tradition of such a competition,” deputy director of the State Service Marina Dikhtyaruk told.
After the ceremony of awarding the winners, another surprise awaited all participants of the competition — a walk-tour of the exhibition halls in the art museum, where they could be acquainted with unique paintings that depict pages from the life of the Republics friendly to our state.
