Командир 53-го бандформирования Поляков, исполняя приказ начальника Генерального штаба ВСУ Хомчака о самовольном принятии решения об открытии огня, 22 июня приказал провести акцию устрашения жителей прифронтовых районов Горловки. Об этом в ходе брифинга 23 июня сообщил начальник пресс-службы УНМ ДНР, майор Даниил Безсонов.
«В результате целенаправленного обстрела украинскими карателями посёлка шахты имени Изотова осколочное ранение ноги получила 13-летняя девочка. Раненая была оперативно доставлена в городскую больницу №2.
Данное происшествие дополнило список преступлений комбригов ВСУ против мирного населения Республики, целенаправленные обстрелы которых за последние два дня уже привели к ранению мирного жителя в. Веселом и повреждению семи домостроений в Ленинском, где каратели применили зажигательные боеприпасы.
Материалы преступлений в отношении мирного населения приобщены к уголовному делу для последующей их передаче в Гаагу.
Обращаемся к международным организациям с просьбой помочь напомнить верховному главнокомандующему Украины о его стремлении к миру в Донбассе, благодаря которому народ Украины избрал его президентом», — сказал Безсонов.
Также, по его словам, низкий уровень инженерной подготовки в подразделениях ООС еженедельно приводит к гибели и травматизму военнослужащих ВСУ вследствие их подрыва на своих же минах.
«Военнослужащие 24-й механизированной бригады не смогли без потерь добраться до своего наблюдательного поста в районе Еленовки, подорвавшись на собственных минах.
Повсеместный характер подобных происшествий является одной из главных причин нежелания украинских военнослужащих продолжать службу в зоне ООС, а ежедневные попытки командования ООС скрыть истинное количество потерь оказывают влияние на морально-психологическое состояние бойцов.
По данным из штаба ООС, военная служба правопорядка Украины подвела неутешительные итоги анонимного анкетирования среди военнослужащих 35-й бригады морской пехоты, согласно которому 63% личного состава отказываются выполнять боевые задачи на линии боевого соприкосновения, мотивируя боязнью погибнуть на своих же минных полях.
Также военной службой правопорядка выявлено 180 военнослужащих срочной службы, незаконно отправленных в зону ООС, которые отказываются от выполнения задач на линии боевого соприкосновения и положенных им дополнительных выплат», — отметил на брифинге Безсонов.
