На шестом заседании комиссии «Фонда Единый Донбасс» по оказанию помощи гражданам, попавшим в трудную жизненную ситуацию, было рассмотрено 454 обращения. Об этом сегодня, 3 апреля, во время брифинга сообщил председатель ОО «Фонд Единый Донбасс» Олег Балыкин.
«Из рассмотренных обращений принято 235 положительных решений на общую сумму 9 306 000,00 рублей материальной помощи и 214 заявления отклонены ввиду невозможности установления тяжести жизненной ситуации по предоставленным документам.
Обращаем внимание данных заявителей на несоответствие предоставленных комплектов документов при описании и подтверждении их трудной жизненной ситуации. Фонд сохраняет право на повторное обращение и возможность досылки документов от данных заявителей.
Выплаты по шестому протоколу начнутся после окончательной обработки и уточнения с ГП «Почта Донбасса» адресов отделений почты, на которых заявителям, получившим положительные решения от Фонда, будет удобно забрать единовременную материальную помощь», — сказал Олег Балыкин.
Также он отметил, что за 6 заседаний, которые состоялись в 2018 году, комиссией Фонда рассмотрено 2201 заявление, из них одобрены 1139 на общую сумму 42 023 700,00 рублей.
«Обращаем внимание заявителей – обязательно описывайте тяжесть вашей жизненной ситуации и прилагайте соответствующие документы. Со списком документов, которые следует направить, можно ознакомиться на сайте Гуманитарной программы или в группах в социальных сетях.
Также отметим, что не нужно присылать оригиналы документов, для рассмотрения вашего дела нам достаточно ксерокопий.
За все время работы Фонда комиссией рассмотрено 6615 дел, из которых одобрено 2638 на общую сумму 85 765 440,00 рублей. Выплачено по состоянию на 2 апреля 2247 заявителям помощи на общую сумму 70 991 640,00 рублей.
Просим заявителей вовремя забирать помощь, выделенную Фондом.
Отметим, что население Донбасса информируется посредством социальных сетей, горячей линии Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса, а также через средства массовой информации. Просим заявителей внимательно просматривать информацию и следить за новостями общественной организации «Фонд Единый Донбасс».
Также, сообщаем, что в этом месяце Русским центром планируется проведение культурно-массовых мероприятий, приуроченных ко Дню космонавтики, празднику весны и труда — 1 Мая, ко Дню Победы 9 Мая. Концерты могут посетить не только жители Республики, но и жители Донецкой области, временно подконтрольной Украине», — отметил Олег Балыкин.

“Of the appeals processed, 235 favorable decisions have been made for a total of 9,306,000.00 rubles of financial assistance and 214 applications have been rejected because of the impossibility of establishing the seriousness of the life situation from the documents provided.
We draw the attention of these applicants to the inconsistency of the provided sets of documents, when describing and confirming their difficult life situation. The Fund retains the right to re-appeal and the possibility of complete the sending of these applicants’ documents.
Payments under the sixth protocol will begin after the final processing and clarification of the addresses of the post offices with the Pochta Donbassa SE, where the applicants who have received favorable decisions from the Fund can conveniently take their one-off financial assistance,” Oleg Balykin said.
He also noted that for 6 sessions that took place in 2018, the Commission of the Fund had considered 2,201 applications, of which 1,139 had been approved for a total of 42,023,700.00 rubles.
“We draw the applicants’ attention — always describe the seriousness of your life situation and attach the relevant documents. A list of documents that should be sent can be found on the website of the Humanitarian Program or on social network groups.
We also note that you do not need to send originals of documents; photocopies would be enough to review your case.
For the whole period of the Fund’s work, the Commission has considered 6,615 cases, of which 2,638 have been approved for a total of 85,765,440.00 rubles. 2,247 applicants have received payments for a total amount of 70,991,640.00 rubles as of April 2nd.
We ask the applicants to get the assistance allocated by the Fund on time.
