Сегодня, 28 октября, начата выплата единовременной компенсации, которая осуществляется в соответствии с Указом Главы Донецкой Народной Республики от 6 декабря 2017 года № 347 «Об утверждении Порядка предоставления единовременной компенсации за вред жизни и здоровью граждан, причиненный в результате агрессии Вооруженных сил и вооруженных формирований Украины». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Министерства труда и социальной политики ДНР.
Компенсации выплатят семьям погибших (умерших) из числа гражданского населения и из числа военнослужащих, а также лицам из числа гражданского населения и из числа военнослужащих, получившим ранения, контузии или увечья в результате агрессии Вооруженных сил и вооруженных формирований Украины, обратившимся в Комиссию по оказанию помощи пострадавшим при военных действиях в период с 1 по 30 сентября (1-5 этапы частичных выплат), а также обратившимся в период с 1 июня по 30 сентября (6-й этап частичных выплат).
Для получения необходимо обращаться в отделения Центрального Республиканского Банка ДНР и ГП «Почта Донбасса».
Today, on October 28th, the payment of nonrecurring amends has begun. It is carried out in accordance with the Decree 347 of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic as of December 6th, On Approval of the Procedure for Providing Nonrecurring Amends to Citizens for Harm to Life and Health Caused by the Aggression of the Armed Forces and Armed Formations of Ukraine. The press service of the DPR Ministry of Labor and Social Policy reports this.
The amends will be paid to the families of the dead (killed) from the civilian population and the military, as well as to persons from the civilian population and the military who suffered injuries, post-concussion syndrome or traumas as a result of the aggression of the Armed Forces and armed formations of Ukraine, who applied to the Commission for Assistance to Victims of Hostilities during the period from September1st to 30th (1st-5th stages of partial payments), as well as those who applied during the period from June 1st to September 30th (6th stage of partial payments).
