Обстрелы территории Республики со стороны ВСУ в православные праздники – это попытка запугать людей, заставить их отказаться от своих идеалов, истории, веры. Об этом в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказал заместитель командующего ВС ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин.
«В 2014 году войну начал человек, которого называли «пастором», не имеющий отношения к православию в принципе. И вот такие люди, пришедшие к власти, отрицают православие как таковое, им ближе католики, греко-католики. Главной же целью обстрелов в наши праздники является желание запугать людей, чтобы они сами отказывались от своих идеалов, истории, веры. Но уникальность наших жителей состоит как раз в том, что они не покидают свои дома, а наоборот – массово выходят на праздничные мероприятия», — отметил замкомандующего ВС ДНР.
Также Басурин прокомментировал возможную связь активизации украинских силовиков с нагнетанием на международной арене антироссийской истерии.
«Риторика Порошенко всегда заключалась в одном: Россия – это агрессор, и все должны от нее изолироваться. Он делает все, чтобы угодить Европе и США, при этом усидев в своем кресле.
