Over the past day, Ukrainian militants engaged the areas of Republic localities ten times, official representative of the DPR PMD Oleg Nikitin reported on January 12.
- “On the Gorlovka front, militants from the 59th brigade engaged Golmovsky and Zaytsevo (south) by using 82mm mortars, anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
- On the Donetsk front, the 56th and 28th brigades using anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms engaged Zhabichevo, Lozovoye, the Volvo Center and Trudovskaya Mine’s village.
- On the Mariupol front, militants of the 10th mountain assault brigade engaged Zaichenko with anti-tank grenade launchers.
Information on the scale of destruction of the civil infrastructure and victims among civilians is being clarified,” Oleg Nikitin said.
