Today’s meeting has brought the long-awaited results related to the coordination and approval of the package of additional measures for enhancing and controlling the effective ceasefire regime. It provides for the most important requirements applicable to the parties.
The leaderships of the DPR People’s Militia and Ukrainian armed forces are to issue appropriate commands that will come into effect on July 27, 2020 and will be in force until the conflict is fully settled.
It is now possible thanks to our persistent position and principled support from the Russian Federation. We hope that Kiev is able to show political and fully comply with both the indefinite ceasefire regime that has been in effect since July 21, 2019 and the measures for its control signed today.
