The Investigation Department of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office has initiated and is investigating a criminal case against V.I. Zubanich, the Commander of the 10th separate mountain assault AFU brigade, along with the military subordinate to him, into the fact of commission of a terrorist act, constituting a crime under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code, the press service of the law-enforcement agency reports today, on April 2.
It has been established that on 2 April 2020 military of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade, at the order of Commander V.I. Zubanich, engaged mortar weapons at the village of Kominternovo in the Novoazovsky district, as a result of which residential buildings at 13 and 24 Kirova Street were damaged, and a man, born in 1960, suffered bodily injuries in the courtyard of the house at 13 Kirova Street.
