На сегодняшних переговорах в Минске основным стал вопрос о систематическом нарушении украинской стороной режима прекращения огня.
«Систематические нарушения украинской стороной режима прекращения огня, фактический срыв «Пасхального перемирия», очередной срыв разведения сил и средств на третьем пилотном участке — Станице Луганской, общее обострение ситуации на линии соприкосновения и ситуация вокруг Донецкой фильтровальной станции – эти вопросы стали основными на сегодняшней встрече переговорщиков и в рабочей группе по безопасности и на заседании Контактной группы.
Накануне заседания полномочным представителем ДНР Денисом Пушилиным был направлен ряд нот в адрес СММ ОБСЕ по каждому случаю нарушения режима прекращения огня с требованием проведения тщательного расследования. В ходе сегодняшней встречи был предложен ряд методов, который, по мнению координаторов переговорного процесса и Республик, может способствовать обеспечению безопасности сотрудников ДФС. К сожалению, не все меры получили одобрение сторон, в частности речь идет об украинской стороне, представители которой в принципе не видят своей вины в данном инциденте.
Однако переговорщики продолжат в рабочем порядке настаивать на внедрении дополнительных мер по поддержанию режима прекращения огня, а также выявлению и наказанию виновных в нарушениях. Без внедрения таких механизмов говорить о реализации любого перемирия или соглашения о разведении сил и средств представляется маловероятным», — отметил источник на переговорах.

On the eve of the meeting, Plenipotentiary Representative of the DPR Denis Pushilin sent a number of notes to the OSCE SMM on each case of ceasefire violations, demanding a thorough investigation. During today’s meeting, a number of methods were proposed, which, in the opinion of coordinators of the negotiation process and the Republics, can contribute to ensuring the safety of DFS workers. Unfortunately, not all measures have been approved by the parties, in particular, the matter concerns the Ukrainian side, whose representatives in principle do not see their own guilt in this incident.
However, the negotiators will continue in the way of business insisting on the introduction of additional measures to maintain the ceasefire, as well as the establishment and punishment of those guilty of the violations. Without introduction of such mechanisms, talking about the implementation of any truce or agreement on withdrawal of forces and weapons seems unlikely,” the source at the talks noted.
