Мемориальный знак в память жертв Одесской трагедии четырехлетней давности был открыт в парке им. Ленинского комсомола в Донецке. Надпись на гранитном камне гласит: «2 мая 2014 года. Одесса. Дом профсоюзов. Не забудем! Не простим!» Об этом сегодня, 2 мая, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

Инициатором и организатором установки памятного знака выступила общественная организация «Оплот Донбасса» при участии общественного движения «Донецкая Республика». Мероприятие прошло при большом стечении граждан, неравнодушных к произошедшей трагедии, чтящих память невинных жертв украинского национализма.

Честь открытия мемориального знака была предоставлена военнослужащему Вооруженных сил ДНР, одесситу, участнику защиты Дома профсоюзов Игорю Немодруку. «Вот уже четыре года мы, одесситы, плечом к плечу сражаемся с дончанами против современной «коричневой чумы». И память об Одесской трагедии — еще одно подтверждение этой дружбе. Спасибо вам, дончане!» — сказал он.

«Сегодня мы отдаем дань памяти одесситам, погибшим в Доме профсоюзов. Это первые жертвы войны. И они достойны того, чтобы их помнили поименно, наряду с защитниками Донецкой Народной Республики», — отметила руководитель Центрального исполкома общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» Наталья Волкова.

«Вот уже четыре года мы находимся в блокаде — как военной, так и экономической. Но я уверен, что мы выстоим и победим. И отомстим за Одессу! Ее мы не забудем и не простим!» — подытожил председатель правления ОО «Оплот Донбасса», заместитель Председателя Совета Минстров ДНР Александр Тимофеев.

The initiator and organizer of the installation of the memorial was the Oplot Donbassa public organization in association with the Donetsk Republic public movement. The event was held before a vast assembly of citizens who were not indifferent to the tragedy, who commemorate the innocent victims of the Ukrainian nationalism.

The honor to open the memorial was given to serviceman of the DPR Armed Forces, Odessa resident, participant in the defense of the House of Trade Unions Igor Nemodruk. “For four years now, we, Odessa citizens, have fought shoulder to shoulder with Donetsk residents against the modern “brown plague”. And the memory of the Odessa tragedy is yet another confirmation of this friendship. Thank you, citizens of Donetsk!” he said.

“Today we pay tribute to the memory of the Odessa residents who perished in the House of Trade Unions. They were the first victims of the war. And they are worthy of being remembered by name, along with defenders of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” chief of the central executive committee of the Donetsk Republic public movement Natalia Volkova noted.

“For four years now we have been in blockades — both military and economic. But I am sure that we will stand out and win. And we will revenge for Odessa! We will not forget it and will not forgive!” chairman of the Board of the Oplot Donbassa PM, Deputy Chairman of the DPR Council of Ministers Alexander Timofeev summed up.
