Ситуация в зоне ответственности Народной милиции Луганской Народной Республики остается напряженной. За прошедшие сутки украинские войска семь раз нарушили режим прекращения огня. Обстрелам подверглись позиции подразделений в районах населенных пунктов Нижнее Лозовое, Калиново, Веселогоровка, Лозовое и район памятника «Князю Игорю». Всего по территории ЛНР было выпущено более 70 различных боеприпасов. Об этом сегодня, 23 мая, заявил официальный представитель НМ ЛНР, подполковник Андрей Марочко, сообщает из Луганска собственный корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.

«В то время как Луганской Народной Республикой принимаются максимальные усилия по налаживанию мирной жизни, а также реализации Минских договоренностей, украинская сторона продолжает свою вероломную провокационную деятельность, направленную на дестабилизацию обстановки и репрессии в отношении жителей ЛНР.

Так, от граждан Народной Республики поступают сообщения о том, что в сети Интернет появились объявления о наборе в частные военные компании «Вагнер», «МАР», «Ferax» и агентство «Альянс-МСБ». В действительности же такие объявления не имеют никакого отношения к реальным ЧВК, а представляют собой попытки украинской стороны выманить жителей ЛНР на подконтрольную ВСУ территорию в целях их привлечения к уголовной ответственности и иных репрессий.

Проведенной Народной милицией ЛНР проверкой установлено, что в указанных целях СБУ в сети Интернет, используя названия известных частных военных компаний, путем распространения сотен соответствующих объявлений в социальных сетях и создания адресов электронной почты сформировало образы фейковых ЧВК:

— управление СБУ в Черниговской области – псевдоЧВК «Вагнер» (адрес электронной почты: wagner_group@mail.ru);
— управление СБУ в Ивано-Франковской области — псевдоЧВК «Ferax» (адрес электронной почты: ferax_group@mail.ru);
— управление СБУ в Черкасской области — псевдоЧВК «МАР» (сайт: http://chvk-mar.com.ru);
— управление СБУ во Львовской области – фейковое агентство «Альянс-МСБ» (адрес электронной почты: Alyans-msb@yandex.ru).

Удалось выявить электронные следы, ведущие в соответствующие регионы Украины и свидетельствующие о связи с СБУ первоначальных «распространителей», с фейковых страниц пользователей различных социальных сетей, объявлений и адресов электронной почты. На это же указывает и содержание переписки, предоставленной заявителями. Описанные провокационные мероприятия с использованием псевдоЧВК проводятся под общим руководством временно исполняющего обязанности начальника объединенного штаба ЦУ СБУ в районе проведения так называемой ООС, генерал-майора Александра Куца», — рассказал Андрей Марочко.

The situation in the zone of responsibility of the People’s Militia of the Luhansk People’s Republic remains tense. Over the past day, Ukrainian troops violated the ceasefire seven times. The positions of divisions in the areas of the settlements of Nizhneye Lozovoye, Kalinovo, Veselogorovka, Lozovoye and the area of the monument to Prince Igorwere shelled. Over 70 different ammunitions were firedon the territory of the LPR. “When the Lugansk People’s Republic takes as much as possible efforts to establish peaceful life, as well as the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, the Ukrainian side continues its treacherous provocative activities aimed at destabilizing the situation and repression against residents of the Lugansk People’s Republuc.

Thus, from the citizens of the People’s Republic, the reports have been received that announcements on the recruitment of private military companies Wagner, MAR, Ferax and the agency Alliance-MSB appeared on the Internet. In reality, such announcements have nothing to do with real PMCs, but represent attempts by the Ukrainian side to entice residentsof the Lugansk People’s Republic into the territory under the control of the AFU in order to bring them to criminal responsibility and other repressions.

The check conducted by the People’’ Militia of the Lugansk People’s Republic established that, for the above purposes, the Security Service of Ukraine on the Internet, using the names of well-known private military companies, formed hundreds of relevant advertisements on social networks and created email addresses, forming images of fake PMCs:

It was possible to identify the electronic traces leading to the relevant regions of Ukraine and testify to the connection with the Security Service of Ukraine the original “distributors”, from the fake pages of users of various social networks, announcements and e-mail addresses. This is also indicated by the content of the correspondence provided by the applicants. The described provocative actions using pseudoPMC are conducted under the overall supervision of the acting head of the joint headquarters of the Central Intelligence Service of the Security Service in the area of the so-called OOS, Major-General Alexander Kuts,” Andrei Marochko told.
