На центральной площади столицы ДНР проходит акция «Донбасс за мир», приуроченная к дате первого авиаудара по Донецку, сообщает сегодня, 25 мая, корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. В мероприятии приняли участие министр обороны ДНР Владимир Кононов, и.о. главы администрации города Алексей Кулемзин, очевидцы событий 26 мая 2014 года, тысячи жителей Республики.

Все собравшиеся почтили минутой молчания память погибших жителей и защитников Республики.

Затем к собравшимся обратился Владимир Кононов.

«Уважаемые жители Республики! 26 мая, 4 года назад, мирные жители, которые верили в то, что у них есть право выбора, поняли, что к власти в Киеве пришли преступники.
В этот день очень многие потеряли своих близких, остались без крова над головой. В этот день Донецк по-настоящему понял, что такое война.

Очень трудно и тяжело воспринимать, когда гибнут мирные жители и очень тяжело терять своих боевых товарищей. Мы должны помнить обо всех событиях и передавать их из поколения в поколение. Очень тяжело вспоминать о том, что было, но мы не имеем права это забывать», — сказал Владимир Кононов.

О событиях 26 мая 2014 года вспомнил Анатолий Липняков, житель прифронтового поселка 3-й Восточный, мужчина, который встал на защиту Донецка.

«Я прекрасно помню, как 4 года назад первые ракеты украинской авиации попали в аэропорт. Я знал людей, которые там находились. Я помню «КамАЗ» с 30 ранеными, который был расстрелян. Трудно это вспоминать.

Донбасс всегда был мирным. Мы всегда трудились на благо нашей страны. И после 23 лет жизни на Украине невозможно поверить в то, что украинское правительство, хунта, пошлет свои войска на гражданское население. Это просто не укладывается в голове. Мы просто хотели жить в мире», — сказал Анатолий Липняков.

В рамках акции дети запустили в небо белых голубей как символ мира.

На центральной площади Донецка был нарисован аэропорт со взлетной полосой, на которой жители города разместили бумажные самолеты.

Отметим, что сегодня вечером жители Республики зажгут свечи в память о погибших во время войны в Донбассе.

Напомним, что 26 мая 2014 года Вооруженные силы Украины нанесли первые авиаудары по Донецку и окраинам города. В результате бомбежки со стороны ВСУ погибли десятки мирных жителей.

    It is very difficult and tough to conceive when peaceful residents are perishing and it is very difficult to lose your comrades-in-arms. We must remember all events and transfer them from generation to generation. It is very difficult to remember what happened, but we have no right to forget it,” Vladimir Kononov said.

    Within the framework of the rally, children released white pigeons into the sky as a symbol of peace.

    On the central square of Donetsk an airport was drawnwith a runway on which city residents placed paper airplanes.

    Note that tonight residents of the Republic will apply a match to a candle in memory of those killed during the war in the Donbass.

    Recall that on May 26ер, 2014 the Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted the first air strikes on Donetsk and the outskirts of the city. Due to the bombardment from the side of the AFU, dozens of civilians perished.
