Председатель Народного Совета ДНР, полномочный представитель Республики на Минских переговорах Денис Пушилин в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказал об итогах встречи Контактной группы в Минске.
«Повестка была схожей по основным вопросам. В «нормандском формате» было три основных вопроса, так эти три вопроса «перекочевали» в Контактную группу и подгруппы: установление статус-кво на участках, где было проведено разведение сил, Петровское и Золотое; разведение сил в районе Станицы Луганской; «формула Штайнмайера», — сказал он.
По его словам, украинская сторона всячески уклоняется от решения поставленных вопросов. Кроме того, нет результатов по обмену пленными. Есть подвижки только в вопросе обеспечения безопасности в районе ДФС.
«Сейчас идет практическая реализация тех решений и договоренностей об обеспечении безопасности, чтобы Донецкая фильтровальная станция работала в полном объеме», — продолжил Денис Пушилин.
При этом общая ситуация на линии соприкосновения остается напряженной. Всего за время вооруженного конфликта в Донбассе было объявлено 20 перемирий. Чтобы в дальнейшем режим прекращения огня соблюдался, представители Республик предложили разработать механизм наказания за его нарушение.

“The agenda was similar to the main issues. There were three main questions in the Normandy format, so these three issues “migrated” to the Contact Group and subgroups: the establishment of the status quo in the areas where the withdrawal of forces was conducted, Petrovskoye and Zolotoye; withdrawal of forces in the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya; Steinmeier’s formula,” he said.
According to him, the Ukrainian side made every effort to avoid resolving the issues raised. In addition, there are no results on the exchange of war prisoners. There is progress only in the issue of ensuring security in the DFS area.
“Now the practical implementation of those decisions and agreements on ensuring security, so that the Donetsk Filter Station worked in full,” Denis Pushilin continued.
At the same time, the general situation at the contact line remains tense. In total during the armed conflict in Donbass, 20 truces have been declared. In order that the ceasefire is observed, the representatives of the Republics have proposed to develop a mechanism for punishment for violating it.
