Глава ДНР неоднократно говорил, что готов к диалогу с Киевом. Сегодня, 28 июня, на проходящей в Донецке онлайн-трансляции Прямой линии с Главой ДНР Александр Захарченко отметил, при каких условиях такой разговор возможен.
«Несмотря на риторику наших оппонентов и союзников, что переговоры с Киевом невозможны, давайте рассмотрим ситуацию, что завтра Порошенко, Турчинова и прочих не будет, даже Украина как государство перестанет существовать — остается народ из Полтавы, Сум, Харькова, Днепропетровска, вот с ним мы и будем вести диалог. Не с каждым, конечно, там должны пройти выборы.
Сегодня неважно, плохая или хорошая власть Украины, как мы к ней относимся, но именно с ней придется договариваться. Единственное, о чем мы будем говорить, — только о прекращении войны, должны перестать гибнуть мирные жители. Но у украинской власти абсолютное неприятие переговоров с Донбассом. Сегодня с ними бесполезно вести диалог, возможно, со следующими представителями официального Киева придется садиться за стол переговоров. Когда это произойдет – вопрос времени», — заявил Александр Захарченко.

“Despite the rhetoric of our opponents and allies, that negotiations with Kiev are impossible, let’s consider the situation that tomorrow Poroshenko, Turchinov and others disappear, even Ukraine ceases to exist as a state –but there are people living in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, we will be conducting a dialoguewith them. Not with everyone, of course, there must be elections.
Today, it does not matter whether Ukraine’s government is bad or good, how we treat it, but we will have to negotiate with them. The only thing we will discuss is only the end of the war, civilians’ deathsmust be stopped. But the Ukrainian authorities are absolutely refusing from negotiations with Donbass. Today it is useless to conduct a dialogue with them, perhaps we will have to negotiate with future official representatives of Kiev. When this happens isa matter of time,” Alexander Zakharchenko stated.
