Когда говорят «крылатая пехота», «голубые береты», мы понимаем – речь идет о десантниках, о настоящей элите армии.
Вы всегда одними из первых приходите в горячие точки, выполняя сложные и опасные задачи. Вы защищаете интересы нашей Родины на самых опасных рубежах. Ваша служба – это школа мужества и героизма, проверка на отвагу и крепость духа. Десантники сохраняют традиции старшего поколения, чьи заслуги в годы Великой Отечественной войны отмечены народным признанием. Голубые береты стали символом мужества и особого боевого братства. Неслучайно их девиз – «Никто, кроме нас!», и они всегда остаются верными долгу и присяге.
Поздравляю ветеранов, офицеров, солдат ВДВ – всех, кто верен братству десантников. От души желаю вам успешной службы и мирного неба, счастья и благополучия вашим родным и близким!

When they say “winged infantry”, “blue berets”, we understand that we are talking about paratroopers, the real elite of the army.
You are always one of the first to come to the hot spots, performing complex and dangerous tasks. You defend the interests of our Motherland on the most dangerous borders. Your service is a school of courage and heroism, a test of courage and fortitude of spirit. Paratroopers preserve the traditions of the older generation, whose services during the Great Patriotic War are recognized by popular recognition. Blue berets have become a symbol of courage and a special battle brotherhood. It is no accident that their motto is “No one but us!”, and they always remain loyal to the duty and oath.
Congratulations to the veterans, officers, soldiers of the Airborne Forces – all those who are loyal to the fraternity of the paratroopers. I sincerely wish you a successful service and a peaceful sky, happiness and prosperity to your relatives and friends!
