Общее снижение морально-психологического состояния среди личного состава подразделений и частей на передовой отмечается на всем протяжении конфликта, а особенно стало заметно в ходе переформирования т.н. АТО в ООС. Данный факт подтвердил и командующий оккупационными силами Наев, подводя итоги трехмесячного существования ООС на минувшей неделе. Об этом сообщил заместитель командующего оперативным командованием ДНР, полковник Эдуард Басурин в ходе брифинга 3 августа
«При этом, по словам действующих военнослужащих ВСУ, а также перешедшего накануне к нам одного из них, видно, что решения проблем личного состава частей и соединений на передовой не производится. Однако увеличивается количество комиссий от штаба ООС, пытающихся выяснить причины отказа военнослужащих подписывать новый контракт на прохождение службы, а также разрыва действующего.
Так, только за прошедшую неделю комиссии работали в 56-й омпбр в районе Калиново и в 93-й омбр в районе Волновахи с целью проверки качества продовольственного обеспечения, в 72-й омбр в районе Криничного с целью проверки обеспеченности ГСМ и заправки техники, в районе Красной Горы на складах РАВ по сортировке и учету боеприпасов. Командующий ОТГ «Восток», военный преступник Красноок, 31 июля посетил населенный пункт Новотроицкое, где проверял подразделения 128-й горно-штурмовой бригады.
Но, несмотря на работу комиссий, личный состав продолжает разворовывать то, что не продали их командиры. Так произошло в 56-й бригаде, где во время работы комиссии штаба ООС по тыловому обеспечению сотрудниками СБУ были задержаны военнослужащие бригады при попытке продать четырехтонную цистерну дизтоплива. А в 128-й бригаде задержали двоих боевиков при продаже автомата и боеприпасов к нему — и это при посещении бригады командующим ОТГ», — подчеркнул Эдуард Басурин.

The commander of Vostok task force, war criminal Krasnook, visited Novotroitskoye on July 31st, where he checked the units of the 128th mountain assault brigade.
But despite the work of the commissions, the personnel continue to steal what their commanders did not sell. And in the 128th brigade, two militants were detained while selling an assault rifle and ammunition forit. And this wasduring the task force commander’s visit,” Eduard Basurin emphasized.
