Наблюдатели СММ ОБСЕ снова зафиксировали наличие тяжелого вооружения и техники не только в нарушение установленных пунктом 2 Комплекса мер линий отвода, но и в жилом районе, на подконтрольной вооруженным формированиям оставшейся части Украины территории.
Так, в отчете по состоянию на 02.08.2018 года сообщается:
Зафиксированные СММ ОБСЕ данные свидетельствуют о нарушении украинской стороной норм международного гуманитарного права, а также достигнутых в Минске договоренностей.
OSCE SMM monitors have again recorded the presence of heavy armaments and equipment not only in violation of the withdrawal lines provided for by item 2 of the Complex of Measures, but also in the inhabited area located in the remaining territory of Ukraine controlled by the armed formations.
Thus, the reported dated August 2nd, 2018, says:
On August 2nd, in the areas controlled by the government, an SMM team has seen 2 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Gvozdika, 122 mm) near Podgorodnoye (73 km north of Donetsk), located there in violation of the withdrawal lines, on August 1st an OSCE long-range drone aircraft spotted 5 self-propelled howitzers (three 2S1 and two 2S3 Akatsiya, 152 mm) in the inhabited area of Vidrodzhennia (66 km north-east of Donetsk).
The data documented by the OSCE SMM are testimony to the fact that the Ukrainian side violates international humanitarian laws, as well as the agreements concluded in Minsk.
