Сегодня, 13 сентября, временно исполняющий обязанности Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин провел рабочее совещание с руководителями городов и районов Республики, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. На повестке дня стояли вопросы: подготовка к выборам, к отопительному сезону 2018-2019 гг., а также рассмотрение проблемных ситуаций.

«Гибель Главы государства Александра Захарченко нас всех потрясла, и у нас появилась масса проблем, которые нужно решать в ускоренном оперативном режиме. Прежде всего – это выборы. У многих из вас уже есть опыт – это выборы 2014 года и праймериз. Сейчас уже необходимо включаться в подготовку к выборам, которые должны быть максимально прозрачными, не должно быть никаких манипуляций. Для нас важно в очередной раз доказать, что мы гораздо демократичнее, чем те страны, которые продолжают нас критиковать и осуждать», — обратился Денис Пушилин к руководителям городов и районов.

Также врио Главы ДНР отметил, что подготовка к отопительному сезону 2018-2019 гг. идет в плановом режиме, хотя есть проблемы с поставками необходимых материалов.

«С 15 сентября будут поставляться необходимые материалы, но при этом уже можно говорить о том, что аварийные ситуации будут. Это связано с коротким временным отрезком, который остался на подготовку к зиме. Поэтому необходимо сразу заложить затраты на ремонтные работы. В первую очередь необходимо подготовить социальные объекты к зимнему периоду», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

Также врио Главы Республики отметил, что жители должны быть обеспечены всеми необходимыми коммунальными услугами.

Кроме того, Денис Пушилин сообщил, что уже приняты решения, которые облегчат работу муниципалитетов.

«Это касается работы рынков. Будет принят ряд нормативных правовых актов. Есть масса жалоб по данному вопросу. Рынки, принадлежащие частным лицам, должны быть возвращены хозяевам. Речь идет о рынках, которые приобретались или забирались в собственность в обход государственных норм. Те рынки, в отношении которых будет подтверждено, что они являются госсобственностью, должны будут перейти под муниципалитеты. Решения уже запланированы, нужен срок, чтобы привести к соответствующему виду нормативную правовую базу», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Также врио Главы ДНР поблагодарил руководителей городов и районов за их работу в непредвиденной ситуации:
«Вы смогли удержать ситуацию в городах. Остались на своих рабочих местах и не допустили никаких критических ситуаций. Спасибо вам».

The agenda included the issues: preparations for the elections, the heating season of 2018 and 2019, as well as consideration of problematic situations.

“The death of Head of the state Alexander Zakharchenko shocked us all, and we have a lot of problems that must be solved in an accelerated and expeditious manner. First of all, these are elections. Many of you already have got experience – this is the 2014 election and the primaries. It is now necessary to involve in the preparation for the elections, which should be as transparent as possible, there should be no manipulation. It is important for us to prove once again that we are much more democratic than those countries that continue to criticize and condemn us,” Denis Pushilin addressed the heads of cities and districts.

In addition, the interim Head of the DPR noted that preparation for the heating season of 2018 and 2019 goes as planned, although there were problems with the supply of necessary materials.

“Since September 15, the necessary materials will have been delivered, but you can already say that there will be emergency situations. This is due to a short time interval left to prepare for the winter. Therefore, you must immediately put the cost of repairs. First of all, it is necessary to prepare social facilities for the winter period,” Denis Pushilin stressed.

He also noted that the residents should be provided with all necessary public utilities services.

In addition, Denis Pushilin said that decisions had already been made that would facilitate the work of municipalities.

“This concerns the work of the markets. A number of regulatory legal acts will be adopted. There are a lot of complaints on this issue. Markets belonging to private individuals must be returned to the owners. These are the markets that were acquired or taken into the ownership bypassing the state norms. Those markets in respect of which it will be confirmed that they are state property, will have to move to municipalities. The decisions have already been arranged, we need time to bring the legal base into an appropriate form,” Denis Pushilin said.

Moreover, the interim Head of the DPR thanked the heads of cities and districts for their work in the unforeseen situation:
“You were able to handle the situation in the cities. You stayed on your workplaces and did not allow any critical situations. Thank you.”
