Сегодня, 18 сентября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин встретился с трудовым коллективом шахты им. А.Ф. Засядько. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, во встрече также приняли участие и.о. министра угля и энергетики Анатолий Нестеренко, председатель Федерации профсоюзов Максим Паршин, и.о. директора ГП «Шахта им. А.Ф. Засядько» Вячеслав Степанов.

Перед началом встречи с коллективом Денис Пушилин пообщался с директором шахты по проблемным вопросам, которые есть на предприятии. И.о. министра угля и энергетики Анатолий Нестеренко рассказал врио Главы ДНР о работе шахты, о перспективах развития предприятия на 2019 год и предстоящую пятилетку.
Также Анатолий Нестеренко отметил, что дальнейшая политики Министерства угля и энергетики будет направлена на повышение престижности шахтерского труда.

«Я рад присутствовать на вашем предприятии. Уже ознакомлен с проблемами, которые существуют на вашей шахте в силу производственных процессов. Ваша шахта всегда занимала передовые позиции среди угольных предприятий. Сейчас эта тенденция сохраняется. Но, тем не менее, было бы неправильно с нашей стороны говорить, что все проблемы решены. Моменты, которые нужно исправлять, есть. Будет более правильно, если вы зададите интересующие вас вопросы сами», — обратился к коллективу шахты Денис Пушилин.

Работники предприятия смогли задать врио Главы ДНР интересующие их вопросы. В частности, был поднят вопрос перевозки автобусами шахтеров ночной смены, которые живут в Ясиноватой, Горловке и других населенных пунктах. На данный момент передвижение автобусов в ночное время затруднено из-за комендантского часа.

«Необходимо решить эту проблему. Даю поручение руководителю Минугля подготовить детальную справку о количестве автобусов, которые необходимы для перевозки шахтеров. Также будет решаться вопрос с пропусками», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Также поступил вопрос о необходимости пересмотра норм выработки, расценок на добываемую тонну угля, от которых зависит уровень заработной платы на предприятии. Эти изменения на шахте позволят повысить уровень престижности профессии шахтера.

«Я согласен, что это необходимо. Но такие вопросы не решаются за один день. Говорить о том, что завтра поднимется престижность шахтерского труда, было бы неправильно, но к этому стремиться нужно. Ситуация усложняется экономической блокадой, мы работаем больше на внутренний рынок. Для нас важны внешние рынки, и сегодня мы обсуждали с министром угля и энергетики, есть ли у нас такая возможность. Но здесь есть сложности с нашей непризнанностью. Мы будем работать дальше и искать выходы из сложившейся ситуации», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

Кроме того, горняков интересовал вопрос — останется ли шахта государственным предприятиям или перейдет в частные руки. На встречный вопрос врио Главы ДНР «А как вы хотите?», коллектив шахты ответил: «Конечно, чтобы осталась государственной».

«Наша позиция по этому вопросу, чтобы предприятие оставалось государственным. Сейчас нет никаких предпосылок, чтобы ситуация менялась», — сказал врио Главы ДНР.

Отметим, на шахте сейчас работают порядка 3000 человек, из них 1600 — подземных работников.

«Шахта им. Засядько является передовиком в своей отрасли по уровню заработной платы и количеству трудящихся. На предприятии нет задолженности по зарплате.
Сотрудники шахты подняли ряд вопросов, которые, в принципе, являются общими для наших граждан – это проблемы блокпостов, комендантского часа, проблемы с оформлением пенсий и ряд других вопросов.

Часть вопросов будет поднята сегодня на заседании Совета Министров. Я не говорю сейчас о каких-то решениях, потому что они должны быть выверенными. Сейчас правительство, с одной стороны, не имеет право тянуть с принятием решений, с другой – мы не должны принимать необдуманных решений», — прокомментировал Денис Пушилин итоги встречи с коллективом шахты им. Засядько.

Before the meeting with the staff, Denis Pushilin talked to the director of the mine about the problematic issues that the enterprise has encountered. Acting Minister of Coal and Energy Anatoly Nesterenko told the interim Head of the DPR about the work of the mine, about the prospects of the company’s development for 2019 and the upcoming five-year plan.
Anatoly Nesterenko also noted that further policy of the Ministry of Coal and Energy would be aimed at increasing the prestige of miner’s labor.

“I’m glad to visit your enterprise. I have already known of the problems that exist in your mine due to production processes. Your mine has always been a leader among coal companies. Now this trend continues. But, nevertheless, it would be wrong if we say that all problems have been solved. There are moments that need to be fixed. It will be more correct if you yourselves ask the questions you are interested in,” Denis Pushilin addressed the staff of the mine.

Employees of the enterprise were able to ask the interim Head of the DPR the questions they were interested in. Particularly, the issue of bus transportation of night shift miners, who live in Yasinovataya, Gorlovka and other towns, was raised. At the moment, the movement of buses at night is complicated due to the curfew.

“It is necessary to solve this problem. I am instructing the chief of the Coal Ministry to prepare detailed information on the number of buses that are necessary to transport the miners. The issue of pass documents will also be solved,” Denis Pushilin said.

In addition, there was the question of the need to revise the regulations of production, the quotations for the extracted ton of coal, on which the level of wages at the enterprise depends. These changes at the mine will increase the level of prestige of miner’s profession.

“I agree that it is necessary. But such issues cannot be solved in one day. Saying that tomorrow the prestige of miner’s labor will rise would be wrong, but it is necessary to strive for this. The situation is complicated by the economic blockade, we are working more for the domestic market. Foreign markets are important for us, and today we discussed with the Minister of Coal and Energy whether we have such an opportunity. But there are difficulties with our non-recognition. We will work further and look for ways out of the current situation,” Denis Pushilin noted.

In addition, the miners were interested in the matter of whether the mine would remain a state enterprise or go into private hands. To the interim DPR Head’s counterquestion ‘what do you want it to be?’ the mine’s staff replied ‘of course, a state-owned one.’

“Our position on this issue is to keep the company state-owned. Now there are no prerequisites to change the situation,” the interim Head of the DPR said.

Note that about 3000 people work at the mine, of who 1600 are underground workers.

The mine n.a. Zasyadko is a leader in its industry in terms of wages and the number of workers. At the enterprise, there are no salary arrears.

The staff of the mine raised several of issues, which, in principle, are common for our citizens — these are the problems of checkpoints, curfew, problems with pension registration and a number of other issues.

Some issues will be raised today at the meeting of the Council of Ministers. I am not talking about any decisions now, because they need to be reconciled. Now the government, on the one hand, has no right to delay decision-making, on the other we should not make rash decisions,” Denis Pushilin commented on the results of the meeting with the Zasyadko mine’s staff.
