Сегодня, 18 сентября, в ходе заседания Совета Министров Донецкой Народной Республики врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин дал поручения членам Совмина на ближайший период.
Как сообщает пресс-служба Совета Министров, по итогам рабочих поездок в Кировское и Дебальцево врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин поручил и. о. министра строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Сергею Наумцу провести работы по остеклению Центральной городской больницы Кировского до начала осенне-зимнего периода текущего года.
И. о. министра транспорта ДНР Дмитрию Подлипанову и генеральному директору ГП «Донецкая железная дорога» поручено завершить ремонтные работы Дебальцевского и Енакиевского мостов. Также Денис Пушилин поручил завершить ремонт спорткомплекса «Локомотив» в Дебальцево и ДК железнодорожников.
«В связи с тем, что основной городской Дом культуры Дебальцево был полностью уничтожен в результате обстрелов ВСУ, городские культурные и массовые мероприятия можно проводить во Дворце культуры железнодорожников. Также поручаю рассмотреть возможность передачи ДК железнодорожников городской администрации либо использования Дворца культуры совместно с ГП «Донецкая железная дорога» на паритетных началах», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
Кроме этого, Дмитрию Подлипанову поручено для нужд города обеспечить Дебальцево автомобильной вышкой для проведения высотных работ и тремя автобусами.
Также Денис Пушилин поставил ряд задач перед исполняющими обязанности заместителей Председателя Совета Министров ДНР. «Мы начали работу по ревизии нормативных правовых актов, которые затрудняют жизнедеятельность граждан и в целом создают препятствия для социально-экономического развития Донецкой Народной Республики. Поручаю министерствам, каждому по своему направлению, провести анализ корпуса нормативных правовых актов для последующего принятия решения по отмене или приостановке их действия», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.
Исполняющим обязанности заместителей Председателя Совета Министров поручено контролировать процесс ревизии по функциональным блокам.

According to the press service of the Council of Ministers, following on from the results of the working visits in Kirovskoye and Debaltsevo, interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin charged acting Minister of Construction Industry and Public Utilities Sergei Naumets with carrying out the glazing of the Central Town Hospital in Kirovskoye before the beginning of the autumn and winter period this year.
Acting Minister of Transport of the DPR Dmitry Podlipanov and the general director of the Donetsk Railway SE were instructed to complete the repair work of the Debaltsevo and Yenakiyevo bridges. In addition, Denis Pushilin instructed to complete the repair of the Lokomotiv sports facility in Debaltsevo and the Railway Worker’s Palace.
“Due to the fact that the main town culture center in Debaltsevo was completely destroyed as a result of AFU shelling, urban cultural and mass events can be held at the Railway Worker’s Palace. I also instruct you to consider the possibility of transferring the Railway Worker’s Palace to the town administration or using the Palace of Culture jointly with the Donetsk Railway SE on a parity basis,” Denis Pushilin said.
In addition, Dmitry Podlipanov was instructed to provide Debaltsevo with an automobile platform for high-altitude work and three buses for the town’s needs.
Denis Pushilin also assigned several tasks to the acting Deputy Chairmen of the DPR Council of Ministers. “We have begun work on the revision of regulatory legal acts that hamper the livelihood of citizens and in general create obstacles to social and economic development of the Donetsk People’s Republic. I instruct the ministries, each in its own area, to conduct an analysis of the basis of the regulatory legal acts for subsequent decision-making on the cancellation or suspension of their performance,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
The acting Deputy Chairmen of the Council of Ministers were instructed to monitor the audit process by reference to the functional clusters.
