Проблемные вопросы Амвросиевского района обсудили сегодня, 20 сентября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин и руководитель администрации района Николай Тарасенко, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«Уважаемый Николай Николаевич! В первую очередь меня интересуют перспективы экономического развития района и состояние ведущих предприятий, так как это рабочие места и наполняемость бюджета Республики. Хочу услышать от вас перечень тех проблем, в решении которых должны участвовать центральные власти», — обратился к Николаю Тарасенко врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин.

Как отметил Николай Тарасенко, в районе существовала проблема с ЧАО «Хлебозавод», так как его бросили хозяева и началось разворовывание предприятия. «Мы восстановили этот завод. Сейчас там работают 62 человека, пекут около 4 000 тонн хлеба. Также на предприятии зарплата работникам повышена в три раза», — рассказал Николай Тарасенко.

Кроме того, глава администрации Амвросиевского района рассказал врио Главы ДНР, что в Амвросиевке есть завод «Промцемент», который начали резать на металл. «Считаю, что его надо отдать в оперативное руководство, и если туда вложить немного денег, можно его запустить. Там работают больше 300 человек, бывший хозяин им полгода не платит зарплату», — сказал Николай Тарасенко.

По его словам, также существуют проблемы на «Донцементе», где работают около 1 000 человек. На предприятии практически нет реализации цемента.

«Также у нас запущена пищевкусовая фабрика, работают 2 маслобойни. Не работает только завод стального литья, но он охраняется, чтобы его не разворовали», — рассказал Николай Тарасенко.

Денис Пушилин дал поручение подготовить документы по заводу стального литья для более детального изучения ситуации на предприятии.

По словам руководителя администрации, по сельскому хозяйству в этом году район сработал нормально.

«У нас 17 тысяч свиней, сажаем около 1 000 гектаров овощей, выращиваем овец, кур — сейчас 187 тысяч голов. На октябрь будет 250 тысяч кур. Также разводим мясную породу коров, уже в район завезено 60 голов. На территории района высажены 2 рощи орехов, в которых растет порядка 3,5 тысяч деревьев. Отремонтировали капитально Дворец спорта. В перспективе ремонт бассейна», — рассказал Николай Тарасенко.

«По цементу понимаем проблему сбыта. Вопрос еще в качестве цемента, сейчас проводится его анализ. Проблема со сбытом будет решена, работают профильные министерства. Ваше предложение по введению внешнего управления на предприятии «Промцемент» мы рассмотрим, но необходимо провести его анализ», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

Также Николай Тарасенко предложил добывать глину, месторождения которой нашли в совхозе «Иловайский», они рассчитаны на 400 лет. «Мы хотели построить там кирпичный завод», — сказал глава администрации Амвросиевского района.

«Я поддерживаю все новые возможности строительства предприятий, но необходимо проанализировать все вопросы и необходимо подготовить полную справку. Есть уже потенциальные инвесторы, но пока они только знакомятся с перспективами. Если будет такая возможность, мы окажем содействие в строительстве завода», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

Врио Главы ДНР подчеркнул, что сейчас уже есть положительные изменения в законодательстве для упрощения работы фермеров.

«Также сейчас ведется работа по упрощению регистрации земли. Готовятся документы для введения единого налога с гектара. Все эти изменения упростят работу фермеров. И это только первые наши шаги по поддержке сельского хозяйства», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

Кроме того, врио Главы ДНР поинтересовался, есть ли какие-нибудь проблемы в работе образовательных учреждений и заведений здравоохранения.

«Школы и садики у нас готовы к работе в осенне-зимний период. Есть только проблемы с ремонтом одного детского сада и кровлей в одной школе и в одной из больниц в Амвросиевке «, — рассказал Николай Тарасенко.

Денис Пушилин отметил, что все проблемы, которые сегодня обсуждались на встрече, будут рассмотрены и по возможности оказано содействие в их решении.

Отметим, что в Амвросиевском районе порядка 26 школ и столько же детских садов. Всего в районе проживает порядка 40 тысяч человек.

According to Nikolai Tarasenko, there was a problem with Khlebozavod PJSC in the district, as its owners abandoned it and the embezzlement at the enterprise began. “We have rebuilt this plant. Now 62 people work there, bake about 4 000 tons of bread. Also at the enterprise the salary of the employees has been increased three times,” Nikolai Tarasenko told.

In addition, the head of the Amvrosiyevsky district administration told the interim Head of the DPR that Amvrosiyevka has the Promtsement pant, which was being cut into metal. “I think that it should be transferred to the operational management, and if you invest some money there, you will be able to launch it. There are more than 300 people working, the former owner have not paid them salary for half a year,” Nikolai Tarasenko said.

According to him, there are also problems at Dontsement, where about 1,000 people work. At the enterprise there is almost no offtake of cement.

“We also have a flavoring factory, 2 oil mills are working. The steel casting plant does not work, but it is secured to prevent embezzlement,” Nikolai Tarasenko told.

Denis Pushilin instructed to prepare documents for the steel casting plant for a more detailed inspection of the situation at the enterprise.

According to the head of the administration, this year the district got fine results in terms of agriculture.

“We have 17 thousand pigs, plant about 1,000 hectares of vegetables, breed sheep, chickens — now 187 thousand head of livestock. In October there will be 250 thousand chickens. Also we raise meat-breed cows, 60 heads have already been delivered in the district. In the territory of the district, 2 pecan groves have been planted, in which about 3.5 thousand trees grow. The Sports Palace has been completely repaired. The swimming pool is to be repaired in the future,” Nikolai Tarasenko told.

“Regarding the cement we realize there is the problem of sales. The matter is still in the quality of cement, now it is being analyzed. The problem of sales will be solved, the relevant ministries are working. We will consider your proposal to introduce external management at the Promtsement enterprise, but it is necessary to conduct its analysis, «Denis Pushilin said.

In addition, Nikolai Tarasenko proposed to extract clay, whose deposits were found at the Ilovaisky state farm, they are designed for 400 years. “We wanted to build a brick factory there,” the head of the Amvrosiyevsky district administration said.

“I support all the new opportunities for building enterprises, but it is necessary to analyze all the issues and it is necessary to prepare a complete background. There are already potential investors, but for now they are only getting to know the prospects. If there is such an opportunity, we will assist in the construction of the plant,” Denis Pushilin noted.

The interim Head of the DPR emphasizes that now there are positive changes in legislation to facilitate the work of farmers.

“Work on simplifying the registration of land is also underway. Documents are being prepared for the introduction of a single tax per hectare. All these changes will facilitate the work of farmers. And these are only our first steps to facilitate agriculture,” Denis Pushilin noted.

In addition, the interim Head of the DPR asked if there were any problems in the work of educational institutions and public health institutions.

“Schools and kindergartens are ready for the autumn and winter period. There are only problems with repairing a kindergarten and a roof in one school and in one of the hospitals in Amvrosiyevka,” Nikolai Tarasenko told.

Denis Pushilin noted that all the problems that had been discussed at the meeting today would be considered and, if possible, assisted in solving them.

Note that in Amvrosiyevsky district there are about 26 schools and as many kindergartens. In total, about 40 thousand people live in the district.
