На очередном заседании Совета Министров ДНР рассмотрен вопрос выполнения Министерством доходов и сборов поручения об анализе штрафов, наложенных с 2014 года и по настоящий момент. Об этом рассказал врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

«Еще один важный вопрос, который был сегодня рассмотрен, – это выполнение поручений Министерства доходов и сборов: проанализировать штрафы с 2014 года по настоящий момент. Принято решение ввести мораторий на штрафы до того момента, пока не будет проведен индивидуальный анализ по каждому случаю.

К сожалению, есть обращения предпринимателей, которых искусственными механизмами Министерства доходов и сборов загнали в неподъемные штрафы. Им проще закрыть предприятия. Тогда речь уже пойдет не о наполняемости бюджета, а о недополучении бюджетных средств. А если предприятия закроются – это минус налоги, рабочие места. Этого мы допустить не можем. Надеемся на быстрый и своевременный анализ, который проведет министр доходов и сборов по каждому случаю», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

Напомним, что сегодня, 25 сентября, прошло очередное заседание Совета Министров ДНР. Провел заседание врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин. Также в работе Совмина приняли участие и.о. заместителя Председателя Совета Министров Алексей Ананченко, Владимир Антонов и Екатерина Матющенко, руководители министерств и ведомств Республики.

Interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin told about this, according to a correspondent of the DPR official website.

“Another important issue that was considered today is the fulfillment of instructions by the Ministry of Revenues and Duties: to analyze the fines from 2014 to the present. It has been decided to apply a moratorium to the fines until the individual analysis of each case is completed.

Unfortunately, there are appeals of entrepreneurs, who were forced into unmanageable fines by artificial mechanisms of the Ministry of Revenues and Duties. It is easier for them to shut down their businesses. Then it will not be about filling the budget, but about insufficient budget funds. And if the enterprises are closed – this is the lack of taxes, jobs. We can’t let this happen. We hope for a quick and timely analysis, which will be conducted by the Minister of Revenue and fees in each case,” Denis Pushilin stressed.

Recall that today, on September 25, a regular meeting of the DPR Council of Ministers took place. The meeting was held by interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin. Acting Deputy Chairmen of the Council of Ministers Alexei Ananchenko, Vladimir Antonov and Ekaterina Matyushchenko, heads of ministries and departments of the Republic also took part in it.
