Сегодня, 27 сентября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин с рабочим визитом посетил Харцызский трубный завод, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.

В июле 2018 года после длительного простоя удалось перезапустить Харцызский трубный завод после восстановления производственного цикла на Алчевском металлургическом комбинате (ЛНР). Завод находится под внешним управлением ЗАО «Внешторгсервис».

Харцызский трубный завод является единственным в Республике производителем прямошовных электросварных труб диаметрами от 478 мм до 1422 мм для магистральных трубопроводов и тепловых сетей. Проектные мощности производства рассчитаны на изготовление 450-600 тысяч тонн труб в год.

После ознакомления с работой предприятия Денис Пушилин пообщался с работниками и руководством завода, которые смогли задать врио Главы ДНР интересующие их вопросы.

«Уважаемые друзья! Хочу начать с поздравления. В этом году вашему заводу исполнилось 120 лет. Это знаковое событие, так как для Донецкой Народной Республики ваше предприятие является уникальным. Востребованность вашей продукции большая. Необходимо решить ряд технических моментов — и завод заработает на полную мощность.

Хочу поблагодарить вас за то, что, несмотря на все трудности, вы смогли сохранить завод.

Безусловно, я вижу перспективы развития предприятия и в целом нашей молодой Республики. Уверен, что совместными усилиями мы сможем справиться со всеми трудностями.

Для нас очень важно не разорвать ту связь и взаимодействие, которые у нас есть между властью и народом.
Настаиваю, чтобы сегодня наш диалог был откровенным. Сейчас есть возможность после каждой встречи с трудовыми коллективами в городах и районах ставить задачи Совету Министров и другим органам власти и решать эти проблемы.

Я надеюсь, что такую же связь мы будем поддерживать и в будущем. Готов ответить на все ваши вопросы», — обратился к собравшимся Денис Пушилин.

Первый вопрос, поступивший от работников завода, касался курса развития Республики — изменится ли он.

«Курс Республики был заложен еще в 2014 году. Александр Владимирович делал все возможное, чтобы те посылы, которые звучали на митингах, претворялись в жизнь. Затем была разработана программа «Сила Донбасса», которой мы будем следовать. В первую очередь нам нужны абсолютно понятные и простые атрибуты мирной жизни, стабильность», — сказал врио Главы ДНР.

Как отметил Денис Пушилин, в программе заложен курс на улучшение качества жизни граждан Республики во всех сферах.

«То, что не успел сделать Александр Владимирович, должны сделать мы с вами», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

Также был задан вопрос, на какой стадии сейчас находится процесс интеграции с Российской Федерацией.

«В рамках интеграции с Россией сейчас работает Русский центр. Сейчас это происходит на уровне общественных организаций.
Никто не может запретить сотрудничать нам в культурном, спортивном, профсоюзном направлении. Сейчас мы уже сотрудничаем с 20 регионами Российской Федерации. Работа будет расширяться.

Сейчас уже целесообразно говорить об интеграции в экономическом направлении. Наш малый и средний бизнес принимает участие в выставках, круглых столах. В этом направлении я тоже смотрю с большой надеждой.
Когда мы перейдем к следующему этапу, покажет время.

То, что курс сейчас у нас на Россию — это однозначно», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.

Также не обошлось без вопросов о ремонте дорог, личных и социальных вопросов.

In July 2018, after the prolonged downtime, Khartsyzk Tube Workswas restarted when the production cycle was restored at Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works (the LPR). The plant falls under the external administration of Vneshtorgservis CJSC.

In the Republic, Khartsyzk Tube Works is the only manufacturer of longitudinal electric-welded tubesof diameter from 478 mm to 1,422 mm for main pipelines and heating networks. The estimated production capacity is designed for the production of 450-600 thousand tons of pipes per year.

Having familiarized himself with the work of the enterprise, Denis Pushilin talked with the workers and the management of the plant, who were able to ask the interim Head of the DPRquestions they were interested in.

“Dear friends! I want to start with congratulations, this year your plant turned 120 years. This is a significant event, since for the Donetsk People’s Republic your enterprise is unique. The demand for your products is great. It is necessary to solve a number of technical issues and the plant will work at full capacity.

I want to thank you for the fact that despite all the difficulties, you were able to preserve the plant.

Undoubtedly, I see the prospects of development of the enterprise and, in general, of our young Republic. I am confident that by joint efforts we will be able to cope with all difficulties.

It is very important for us not to break off thoseties and interaction that we have arranged between the authorities and the people.
I insist that today our dialogue be frank. Now there is an opportunity after every meeting with labor collectives in towns and districts, to set tasks for the Council of Ministers and other authorities and to solve these problems.

I hope that we will maintain the same ties in the future. I am ready to answer all your questions,” Denis Pushilin addressed the audience.

The first questionasked by the plant’s employees concerned the course of development of the Republic — will it change.

“The course of the Republic was set back in 2014. Alexander Vladimirovich did everything possible to ensure that those promises that were heard at the meetings were turned into reality. Then the Strength of Donbassprogram was developed, which we will follow. First of all, we now need absolutely understandable and simple attributes of peaceful life, stability,” the interim Head of the DPR said.

According to Denis Pushilin, the program is set to improve the standard of living of citizens of the Republic in all spheres.

“You and I are supposed to dowhat Alexander Vladimirovich never got a chance to,” Denis Pushilin said.

They also asked at what stage the process of integration with the Russian Federation currently is.

“Within the framework of integration with Russia, the Russian Center now operates. Now this happens at the level of public organizations.
Nobody can forbid us to cooperate in the cultural, sports, trade-union areas. Now we already cooperate with 20 regions of the Russian Federation. The work will expand.

Now it is advisable to talk about integration in the economic area. Our small and medium-sized businesses take part in exhibitions, roundtables. I look with great hopeat this area, too.
When we move on to the next stage, time will tell.
