Прошедшая встреча политической группы не принесла положительных результатов. Об этом сообщили в МИД ДНР.
«Основной вопрос повестки дня – введение в действие закона об особом статусе Донбасса на основе формулы Штайнмайера – остается нерешенным исключительно из-за позиции украинской стороны.
Реального обсуждения не состоялось по причине того, что представители Киева настаивают на якобы отсутствии полномочий обсуждать данный механизм в политической группе. Хотя в Комплексе мер содержится абсолютно ясное указание на то, что именно на Минской площадке должны согласовываться и вопросы особого статуса Донбасса, и амнистии участников событий, и конституционной реформы.
Вместо этого представители Украины настойчиво поднимают темы, абсолютно не касающиеся повестки дня, в том числе и выборы глав и парламентов республик. Очевидно, что голословные обвинения Киева в нарушении Минских договоренностей призваны лишь отвлечь внимание мировой общественности от неспособности самих украинских властей исполнять взятые на себя обязательства», — отметили во внешнеполитическом ведомстве.
По прошествии более четырех лет руководство Украины так и не выполнило ни одного пункта Комплекса мер. При этом полпред ДНР в Контактной группе в очередной раз подчеркнула, что работа политической подгруппы является наиважнейшей для полноценного достижения мира. Поэтому необходимо как можно скорее начать продуктивную работу по согласованию с представителями республик вопросов реализации политических пунктов, закрепленных в основном документе минского пакета.
Следующая встреча переговорщиков пройдет в Минске 22 ноября.
The last meeting of the political group did not bring positive results. The DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
“The main issue on the agenda, which was the entry-into-force of the law on the special status of Donbass based on Steinmeier’s formula, still remains unresolved solely because of the Ukrainian party’s stance.
There was no real discussion due to the fact that Kiev representatives insisted on the alleged lack of powers to discuss this mechanism in the political group. Although the Complex of Measures contains an absolutely clear instruction that the special status of Donbass, the amnesty of those involved in the events, and the constitutional reform must be coordinated at the Minsk venue.
Instead, representatives of Ukraine persistently raise the topics that are absolutely not related to the agenda, including the election of the heads and the parliaments of the republics. Obviously, the unfounded accusations of Kiev of violating the Minsk agreements are intended only to divert world attention from the inability of the Ukrainian government to fulfill their obligations,” the foreign-policy establishment noted.
After more than four years, the leadership of Ukraine has fulfilled none of the provisions of the Complex of Measures. At the same time, the DPR Plenipotentiary Representative to the Contact Group once again emphasized that work of the political subgroup is paramount for full reestablishment of peace. Therefore, it is necessary to start productive work as soon as possible on coordinating with the representatives of the republics the implementation of the political items enshrined in the fundamental document of the Minsk package.
The negotiators’ next meeting in Minsk is to be held on November 22nd.
