То, что международное сообщество не хотело выборов в Республиках и оно их не признает, было предсказуемо. Об этом в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказал врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин.
«Я достаточно отстраненно смотрел на эту международную истерию по поводу выборов в Республиках. Мы проводили выборы не для западных стран и уж точно не для Украины. Мы проводили выборы для Донецкой Народной Республики. То, что международное сообщество не хотело этих выборов и оно их не признает — для нас вполне предсказуемо.
Сейчас у нас Республика сдала очередной экзамен гражданской, политический ответственности. И это является для нас важным. Мы не ожидали такой явки, которая у нас была на выборах. Такая большая явка на выборах — это поддержка нашими людьми того курса, который был определен в 2014 году. Вот это важно», — отметил Денис Пушилин.

“I rather absently watched this international hysteria about the elections in the Republics. We did not hold the elections for Western countries, and certainly not for Ukraine. We held the elections for the Donetsk People’s Republic. The fact that the international community did not want these elections and it would not recognize them was completely predictable for us.
Now the Republic has passed another test on civil and political responsibility. And this is important to us. We did not expect such a turnout that we had in the elections. Such a high turnout in the elections is the support from our people of the course that was decided in 2014. This is important,” Denis Pushilin emphasized.
