Сегодня, 26 ноября, в Министерстве образования и науки Донецкой Народной Республики состоялось расширенное заседание Совета ректоров вузов ДНР, посвященное интеграции вузов ДНР в научное и образовательное пространство Российской Федерации. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба МОН ДНР.
Участие в заседании принял первый заместитель председателя Комитета Государственной Думы РФ по образованию и науке Геннадий Онищенко. Также участниками мероприятия стали председатель Комитета по образованию, науке и культуре Народного Совета ДНР Наталья Волкова, и.о. министра образования и науки ЛНР Сергей Цемкало.
И.о. министра образования и науки ДНР Евгений Горохов, открывая заседание, подчеркнул значимость интеграции в научное и образовательное пространство Российской Федерации и выразил слова благодарности Геннадию Онищенко за постоянную помощь и поддержку: «Работа, начатая еще в 2015 году, принесла ощутимую пользу. Мы показали, что наши вузы могут готовить специалистов по стандартам Российской Федерации, высокого уровня, благодаря чему появилась возможность получения выпускниками вторых дипломов – российского образца. За эти годы дипломы РФ получили 4,5 тысячи наших выпускников. Донецкий национальный медицинский университет имени М. Горького первым прошел аккредитацию в Российской Федерации, открыв дорогу другим вузам», — отметил Евгений Горохов.
Также он сделал акцент на тех направлениях дальнейшей интеграционной деятельности, над которыми предстоит работать: «У нас действуют 22 диссертационных совета, готовятся к открытию и новые. Качество защит должно быть таким высоким, чтобы их признавала и Россия. Кроме того, нам наконец-то удалось решить очень важный вопрос: Государственный комитет по науке и технологиям перешел в ведомство Министерства образования и науки. Это даст возможность сосредоточить внимание на тех научных работах, которые представляют интерес не только для нашего государства, но и для России», — подчеркнул глава образовательного ведомства. Также в числе важных задач были названы получение квоты от Министерства науки и высшего образования РФ на подготовку специалистов, оказание финансовой поддержки вузам, которым предстоит пройти аккредитацию в Российской Федерации.
В ходе заседания Геннадий Онищенко отметил неразрывную связь нашего народа с Россией — связь, которую никому не удалось разорвать.
«Донбасс всегда был флагманом науки, образования, и тот потенциал, который накоплен и, к счастью, сохранен, должен работать во всех сферах», — заявил депутат Государственной Думы. В своем выступлении Геннадий Онищенко остановился на основных тезисах послания Президента Российской Федерации Федеральному Собранию РФ от 1 марта 2018 года, формировании 12 национальных проектов, где вопросы демографии, здравоохранения, образования занимают ведущие позиции, а также на выполнении Закона «Об образовании в Российской Федерации», работе Госдумы по совершенствованию законодательной базы, регламентирующей научную деятельность. «Наша страна и весь мир вступают в новый технологический уклад, где наука занимает важнейшее место. Это требует от нас изменения образовательного пространства и образовательной деятельности», — подчеркнул он.
Помимо этого, Геннадий Онищенко поздравил коллектив Донецкого национального медицинского университета имени М. Горького с получением государственной аккредитации РФ. «Окончив университет, выпускники получат диплом, который будет признан в России, а значит, и во всем мире. При этом полученное свидетельство об аккредитации – это не завершение работы, это только ее начало», — подчеркнул Геннадий Онищенко, который в свое время окончил этот вуз, а сейчас является его почетным профессором.
Также он вручил благодарственные письма за подготовку высококвалифицированных кадров ректору ДонНМУ им. М. Горького Григорию Игнатенко и проректору по международным связям и инновационной деятельности Любови Волковой.
В свою очередь Григорий Игнатенко отметил, что признание вуза в России – это высокое доверие, которое предстоит оправдать: «Мы приложим все усилия к тому, чтобы наш вуз стал настоящим университетом XXI века», — заявил ректор.
В завершение заседания председатель Совета ректоров вузов ДНР, ректор Донецкого национального университета Светлана Беспалова подвела итоги Международного интеграционного форума «Русский мир и Донбасс: от сотрудничества к интеграции», который проходил в Донецке с 23 по 26 октября и стал важным этапом на пути дальнейшей интеграции в научно-образовательное пространство РФ.

First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Education and Science of the State Duma of the Russian Federation attended the meeting Gennady Onischenko. In addition, the event was attended by Chairperson of the Committeefor Education, Science and Culture of the DPR People’s Council Natalia Volkova and acting Minister of Education and Science of the LPR Sergey Tsemkalo.
Opening the meeting, acting Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Yevgeny Gorokhov stressed the importance of integration into the scientific and educational space of the Russian Federation and expressed gratitude to Gennady Onischenko for his continued help and support, “The work started in 2015 brought tangible benefits. We have shown that our institutions of higher education can prepare specialists according to the standards of the Russian Federation, with high quality, thanks to which there is an opportunity for graduates to receive second diplomas of the Russian model. Over the years, 4,500 of our graduates have received diplomas of the Russian Federation. Donetsk National Medical University named after M. Gorky was the first to pass accreditation in the Russian Federation, having opened the way to other institutions of higher education,” Yevgeny Gorokhov emphasized.
He also focused on those areas of further integration activities that are to be worked on, “We have 22 thesis boards, and new ones are getting ready to open up. The quality of thesis defense should be high so that Russia recognizes them. In addition, we finally managed to solve a very important issue: the State Committee for Science and Technologieshasbeen transferred to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Science. This will give an opportunity to focus on those research works that are of interest not only for our state, but also for Russia,”the head of the educational establishment emphasized. Also among the important tasks were the granting of quotas from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation for the preparation of specialists, the provision of financial support to universities that are to be accredited by the Russian Federation.
During the meeting, Gennady Onischenko commended the inseparable ties of our people with Russia — the ties that no one was able to break.
“Donbass has always been the leader of science, education, and the potential that has been accumulated and, fortunately, has been preserved, should work in all spheres,” said the State Duma deputy. During his speech, Gennady Onischenko dwelt on the main theses of the Message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly as of March 1st, 2018, the formation of 12 National projects where the issues of demography, healthcare, education occupy leading positions, as well as on the implementation of the Law on Education in the Russian Federation, the work of the State Duma to improve the legislative framework regulating scientific activities. “Our country and the whole world are entering a new technological regimen, where science occupies an important place. This requires us to change the educational space and educational activities,”he stressed.
In addition, Gennady Onischenko congratulated the staff of Donetsk National Medical University named after M. Gorky on obtaining the state accreditation of the Russian Federation. “After graduating from university, its graduates will get a diploma, which is be recognized in Russia, and hence in the whole world. At the same time, the received certificate of accreditation is not the completion of work, it is only its beginning,” Gennady Onischenko, who graduated from this university, and is now his Honorary Professor, stressed.
He also presented letters of appreciation for the preparation of highly qualified personnel to Rector of Donetsk National Medical University. M. Gorky Grigory Ignatenko and Vice-Rector for International Relations and Innovation Activities Lyubov Volkova.
In turn, Grigory Ignatenko noted that the recognition of the university in Russia was a high trust that must be justified, “We will make every effort to ensure that our university becomes a real university of the 21st century,” the Rector claimed.
At the end of the meeting, Chairperson of the Council of Rectors of the DPR institutions of higher education and Rector of Donetsk National University Svetlana Bespalova summarized the results of the International Integration Forum called Russian World and Donbass: From Cooperation to Integration, which was being held in Donetsk from October 23rd to 26th and became an important step towards further integration into scientific and educational space of the Russian Federation.
