На двадцать втором заседании комиссии общественной организации «Фонд Единый Донбасс» рассмотрено 941 обращение от граждан, попавших в трудную жизненную ситуацию. Об этом рассказал сегодня, 27 ноября, председатель фонда Олег Балыкин на брифинге в Донецке.
«Комиссией принято 218 положительных решений на общую сумму 7 722 000 рублей, 723 заявления отклонены ввиду невозможности установления тяжести жизненной ситуации по предоставленным документам.
Обращаем внимание заявителей на обязательность подробного описания жизненной ситуации и приложения соответствующих документов — справки должны быть актуальными на момент подачи и соответствовать всем нормам», — сообщил руководитель фонда Олег Балыкин.
Он также обратил внимание заявителей на отсутствие необходимости присылать оригиналы документов, для рассмотрения дела комиссии достаточно их копий.
«Оригиналы потребуются, когда по решению комиссии помощь одобрена и заявитель может забрать ее в отделении ГП «Почта Донбасса» или Центре социальной помощи и административных услуг. Заранее просим продумывать места получения помощи, а также отметим, что заявители из Донецкой Народной Республики получают помощь в отделениях почтовой связи согласно прописке, указанной в паспортных данных», — уточнил председатель общественной организации.
За двадцать два заседания, которые состоялись в 2018 году, комиссией фонда рассмотрено 14 380 заявлений, из них одобрено 5572 на общую сумму 211 179 100 рублей.
Общественная организация «Фонд Единый Донбасс» за все время работы рассмотрела 18 666 заявлений, из которых одобрено 7071 на общую сумму 254 920 840 рублей. По состоянию на 24 ноября 6663 заявителя получили помощь на общую сумму 239 913 840 рублей.

We draw the applicants attention to the obligatory detailed description of the life situation and the application of the relevant documents — the certificates must be relevant at the time of their submission and meet all the rules,” head of the foundation Oleg Balykin informed.
He also drew the attention of the applicants that there is no need to send the original documents,it’s enough to send their copiesso that the Commission can consider them.
“The originals will be required when, by decision of the commission, the aid is approved, and the applicant can get it at an office of Pochta Donbassa State Enterprise or the Center for Social Assistance and Administrative Services. We ask you in advance to think over the places where you can get the aid, and we also note that applicants from the Donetsk People’s Republic receive the aid in the post offices according to the residence permit indicated in the passport data,” the chairman of the public organization clarified.
