Подписание Соглашения о сотрудничестве между ДНР и ЛНР в сфере железнодорожных перевозок даст возможность Республикам более тесно и плодотворно сотрудничать на взаимовыгодных условиях. Об этом сегодня, 8 февраля, в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР рассказал и.о. министра транспорта ДНР Игорь Андриенко.
«В силу сложившихся обстоятельств Донецкая железная дорога была разделена между территориями Донецкой и Луганской Народных Республик. Все это время мы сотрудничали с Луганской Народной Республикой на уровне устных договоренностей, не было документа, на который можно было бы опереться.
На базе Протокола о намерениях между ДНР и ЛНР мы подписали Соглашение о сотрудничестве между нашими железными дорогами. В данном документе прописаны нормативы, подписано допсоглашение, в рамках которого мы можем сотрудничать и помогать друг другу в сфере грузовых и пассажирских перевозок», — рассказал и.о. министра транспорта ДНР.
Также Игорь Андриенко отметил: так как Донбасс — это промышленный и угольный край, между ДНР и ЛНР существуют железнодорожные грузовые перевозки сырья и готовой продукции. Также сообщением ДНР и ЛНР курсируют порядка 10 пригородных пассажирских поездов. Для граждан Республик выгоднее пользоваться железнодорожным транспортом, так как стоимость билета практически в два раза дешевле, чем на автомобильные перевозки.
«Мы и далее будем развивать, улучшать и укреплять наше сотрудничество с Луганской Народной Республикой.
Благодаря поставкам гуманитарной помощи из Российской Федерации мы сообща смогли восстановить разрушенные обстрелами объекты и участки железнодорожного полотна. Впереди у нас еще большой технический процесс по восстановлению и улучшению работы железной дороги. Также предстоит большая работа по возобновлению функционирования предприятий, которые будут работать на благо Республики. Совместно с нашими коллегами из ЛНР мы улучшим экономическое состояние наших территорий», — сказал Игорь Андриенко.
Напомним, что 31 января Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко и и.о. Главы ЛНР Леонид Пасечник подписали Протокол о намерениях создания единого таможенного пространства между Донецкой Народной Республикой и Луганской Народной Республикой. Подписанный документ даст возможность более тесного сотрудничества между Республиками. Также на базе Протокола было подписано Соглашение о сотрудничестве между ГП «Донецкая железная дорога» и ГУП «Луганская железная дорога».

“Due to the circumstances, the Donetsk railway was divided between the territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. All this time we have been cooperating with the Lugansk People’s Republic in terms of verbal arrangements, because there was no document to rely on.
Based on the Protocol of Intentions between the DPR and the LPR, we signed the Agreement on Cooperation between our railways. This document prescribes regulations, an additional agreement was signed, within which we can cooperate and help each other in the field of freight and passenger transportation” Acting Minister of Transport of the DPR told.
In addition, Igor Andrienko notes that since Donbass is an industrial and a coal region, there are railroad freight shipments of raw materials and finished products between the DPR and the LPR. In addition, about 10 suburban passenger trains transit between the DPR and the LPR. For citizens of the Republics it is more convenient to use rail transport, since the cost of a ticket is almost two times cheaper than for road transport.
“We will continue to develop, improve and strengthen our cooperation with the Lugansk People’s Republic.
Thanks to the delivery of humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation, we were able to jointly restore the objects and sections of the railroad tracks destroyed owing to engagements. A large technical process to restore and improve the work of the railway is still ahead of us. There is also a lot of work to restore the functioning of enterprises that will work for the benefit of the Republic. Together with our colleagues from the LPR, we will improve the economic condition of our territories,” Igor Andrienko said.
Recall that on January 31st, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko and Acting Head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik signed the Protocol intending to establish an integrated customs space between the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Lugansk People’s Republic. The signed document will give an opportunity for closer cooperation between the Republics. In addition, based on the Protocol, the Agreement on Cooperation was signed between the Donetsk Railways State Enterprise and the Lugansk Railways State Unitary Enterprise.
