Санитарный автомобиль, осуществлявший эвакуацию раненого военнослужащего, 22 февраля был обстрелян ВСУ вблизи города Докучаевска. В ходе обстрела погибли санинструктор, водитель-санитар, а также раненый военнослужащий Республики. Об этом сообщает Генпрокуратура ДНР.
«Следственным управлением Генеральной прокуратуры ДНР возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного п. «б» ч. 3 ст. 229 УК ДНР (террористическй акт, повлекший умышленное причинение смерти человеку) в отношении командира 93-й отдельной механизированной бригады ВСУ Клочкова В. Н., отдавшего своим подчиненным преступный приказ о проведении обстрела», — отметили представители ГП ДНР.
The ambulance vehicle that was evacuating the wounded service member was shelled on February 22nd near the town of Dokuchayevsk. The medical orderly, medical driver, as well as the wounded soldier of the Republic were killed in the shelling. The DPR Prosecutor General’s Office reports.
“The Investigative Department of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office instituted criminal proceedings launched into an act constituting an offence under Article 229 paragraph 3(b) of the DPR Criminal Code (terrorist act with the object of premeditated murder) against V.N. Klochkov, the commander of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the AFU, who gave his subordinates a criminal order to commit the shelling,” representatives of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office noted.
