Дискуссии в рамках трех круглых столов общественности, состоявшихся 2 марта в помещении Донецкого государственного музыкально-драматического театра, дали старт народному обсуждению стратегии развития Республики, которая ляжет в основу предвыборной программы Главы ДНР и самого движения. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, накануне на конференции актива общественного движения Глава ДНР, Председатель ОД «Донецкая Республика» Александр Захарченко инициировал обсуждение стратегии развития с участием широких слоев общественности.

Сегодня состоялись первые три круглых стола, в которых приняли участие представители всех сфер жизни страны — всего было 120 участников. На круглом столе «Наш выбор — наше будущее» обсуждались исторические традиции Донбасса, идентичность нашего народа, неотъемлемость связи с Россией, а также роль общественных организаций и местных советов в процессе государственного и политического строительства. Важным аспектом стала тема укрепления диалога между властью и гражданами. Кроме того, внимание было уделено важности подготовки кадрового резерва.

На заседании круглого стола «ДНР — социально ориентированное государство» дискуссия шла о социальных гарантиях для населения, необходимости повышения социальных стандартов и уровня жизни населения. Также говорили о реформах в таких жизненно важных сферах, как здравоохранение, образование, культура и спорт. Особое внимание было уделено вопросам заботы о детях и молодом поколении, восстановлении разрушенного жилья и инфраструктуры Республики, а также другим важным социальным темам. Модератор круглого стола, преподаватель Донецкого техникума промышленной автоматики Виктор Литвиненко отметил важность данного обсуждения.

«Вчера в своем выступлении на конференции ОД «ДР» Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко подчеркнул, что социальная ориентированность нашего государства, работа органов власти для человека и ради человека должны лечь в основу стратегии развития страны. Поэтому социальным темам уделяется максимум внимания», — заявил он.

В ходе дискуссии за круглым столом «ДНР — экономически самодостаточное государство» обсуждались пути экономического становления Республики, в частности развитие промышленности, продовольственной безопасности, усовершенствование системы налогообложения и другое. Как рассказала модератор, ректор Донецкого национального университета экономики и торговли им. Туган-Барановского, профессор Светлана Дрожжина, речь шла не только о насущных проблемах, определялись долгосрочные перспективы развития экономики нашей Республики.

Участники каждого круглого стола приняли свою резолюцию об итогах заседания, затем президиум общественного движения принял решение, которое ляжет в основу дальнейших дискуссий общественности. Народные обсуждения будут продолжены.

Discussions within the framework of three round tables of the public, which took place on March 2nd on the premises of the Donetsk State Music and Drama Theater, have started the national discussion of the development strategy of the Republic that will provide the basis for the pre-election program of both the DPR Head and the public movement itself. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, on the eve of the conference of activists of the public movement, Head of the DPR and Chairman of the Donetsk Republic PM Alexander Zakharchenko initiated the discussion of the development strategy involving the general public.

Today, the first three round tables took place, in which representatives of all spheres of the country’s life took part — there were 120 participants in total. At the round table called Our Choice is Our Future the historical traditions of Donbass, the identity of our nation, the inalienability of relationship with Russia, as well as the role of public organizations and local councils in the process of state and political formation were discussed. An important aspect was the promotion of the dialogue between the government and citizens. In addition, attention was paid to the importance of training the personnel reserve.

At the round table called The DPR is a Socially Oriented State the discussion was about social guarantees for the population, the need to improve social standards and the standards of living of the population. They also talked about reforms in such vital spheres as healthcare, education, culture and sport. Particular attention was paid to the issues of caring for children and young generation, the reconstruction of the destroyed houses and infrastructure of the Republic, as well as other important social issues. Moderator of the round table, lecturer of Donetsk Technical College of Industrial Automation Viktor Litvinenko noted the importance of this discussion.

“Yesterday, in his speech at the conference of the DR PM, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko emphasized that the social orientation of our state, the work of government bodies for a person and for the sake of a person, should form the basis of the program. Therefore, social issues were given maximum attention,” he stated.

In the course of discussion at the round table called The DPR is an Economically Self-sufficient State, the ways of economic development of the Republic, in particular, the development of industry, food security, improvement of the taxation system, etc. were considered. According to the moderator, rector of Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Tugan-Baranovsky, Professor Svetlana Drozhina, they considered not only pressing problems, they also determined long-term prospects for the development of the economy of our Republic.

The participants of each round table adopted their resolutions following on from the results of the session, then the presidium of the public movement made a decision that will form the basis for further discussions of the public. The national discussions will continue.
