Criminal case on the wounding of a woman in Zaitsevo is opened

The Investigation Division of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code (commission of a terrorist act) against commander of the 53rd AFU separate mechanized brigade A. Polyakov. The press service of the law enforcement agency reported this today, on October 17th.

Military personnel of the 53rd separate mechanized brigade on October 16th, 2019 by order of brigade commander A. Polyakov launched a mortar attack on the village of Zaitsevo in Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka, as a result of which a woman born in 1958, staying at 55 Pustelnikova Street, suffered bodily harm.
