The DPR Prosecutor General’s Office opened new criminal cases against four Ukrainian commanders

The Investigation Division of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office opened and investigates 24 crimes as part of four criminal cases on the attacks committed by the AFU between October 14th and October 20th, 2019. The press service of the law enforcement agency reported this today, on October 21st.

On October 14th, 16th and 18th, 2019, servicemen of the 35th AFU separate marine brigade, on the orders of brigade commander N.D. Palas, by using mortar, grenade launchers and small arms, engaged Dokuchaevsk, as a result of which windows in the apartments No. 16 and No. 24 of the house No. 104, the apartment No. 32 of the house No. 112a on Lenina Street and the apartment No. 54 of the house No. 79 on Tsentralnaya Street are damaged. In addition, during the shelling of the village of Yasny, the gas pipes of the houses No. 31a, No. 29 and No. 46 on Shchorsa Street, the glazing of the apartments No. 8 and No. 14 of the house No. 31a, the apartments No. 17 of the House no. 36 and the glazing of the entrance to the house No. 29 on Shchorsa Street are damaged as well as the door of the house No. 8 on Sadovaya Street.

On October 15th, 2019, servicemen of the 28th AFU separate mechanized brigade, on the order of brigade commander M.M. Marchenko, by using mortars, grenade launchers and small arms, engaged the village of Aleksandrovka, Petrovsky district of Donetsk, as a result of which an outbuilding of the house No. 206 on Shevchenko street, the glazing in the school at 171 Lenina street and the roof of the house No.118 on Kirova street, as well as glazing and walls of the house No. 137 on Gorkogo Street are damaged.

On October 16th, 18th and 20th, 2019, servicemen of the 59th AFU separate motorized infantry brigade, on the orders of brigade commander brigade G.N. Shapovalov, by using grenade launchers and small arms, engaged Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka, as a result of which the house No. 55 on Pustelnikova Street is damaged, the glazing of the houses No. 34 and No. 34a on Yesenina Street, the roof of the house No. 205 on Budennogo Street, the roof of the apartment No. 1 of the house No. 9 on Alfavitnyi Lane, the roof of the house No. 26 on Krasnykh Partizan Street, and the glazing of the house No. 22 on Rudneva street in the village of Zhovanka are damaged.

On October 18th, 2019, servicemen of the 36th AFU separate marine brigade, on the orders of the brigade commander A.V. Gnatov, by using mortars, grenade launchers and small arms, engaged the village of Kominternovo, Novoazovsky district, as a result of which the house No. 7 and an outbuilding of the house No. 37 on Pobedy Street are destroyed, and the houses No. 15, 18, 50 on Akhmatovoy Street are damaged.
