The DPR should legislatively guarantee the protection of investments, Sergei Diyuk, a member of the board of the all-Russian Crimean Republican Branch public organization for small and medium-sized enterprises, said.
“The legislative framework should be elaborated for the investor to know that his capital is financially secure. You are at the beginning of the path and I am sure you that will travel it till the end,” Diyuk said.
Representative of the Opora Russia public organization in the Crimea Denis Budnik supported this opinion.
“The Law on Investments needs to be adopted in the DPR. Any person who wants to invest money must understand what benefits and preferences will be obtained,” he stressed.
