Today, on November 14th, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin solemnly presented service documents to the newly appointed judges. According to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, 22 judges of the DPR Supreme Court and 13 judges of general jurisdiction courts received the documents.
“It is important for us to develop our judicial system, it is important for us to head for the overall reform of the public management of the Donetsk People’s Republic, because it is the court that is the pillar, the embodiment of power and justice of the state. I am sure that you will continue to be guided both by judicial ethics and, of course, by the legislation when making certain decisions. I would like to emphasize the importance of your personal qualities as well. They are honesty, impartiality and mercy. People rely on the just decisions they expect from you. Therefore, I would like to wish you patience, improvement of your professional skills. It is extremely important and necessary for the Donetsk People’s Republic,” Denis Pushilin said.
“I hope that our actions, deeds, as well as objective and impartial justice will help us to strengthen the credibility among the citizens, which will really help our young Republic,” Chairman of the DPR Supreme Court Andrey Kim added.
