OSCE SMM records successful completion of the first phase of the forces and hardware withdrawal on the disengagement site near Petrovskoye — DPR Representative Office to the JCCC

According to the operational report published by the OSCE SMM on November 13, the Mission has received notifications from the parties on the completion of the withdrawal of forces and hardware from the Petrovskoye-Bogdanovka disengagement area No. 3.

Mission monitors were present on site throughout the entire process of the resumed withdrawal, from November 9 to 12, and confirmed that the personnel and armaments of the DPR People’s Militia had been withdrawn from the disengagement site.

The report also indicates that the OSCE SMM has received notifications from the parties on its readiness to proceed with the second phase of their commitments’ implementation, providing for conducting countermine actions and dismantling fortifications and other military facilities.
