The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic reports violations of Donbass citizens’ rights by the Ukrainian party, including the right to life, safety, security of person, and the freedom of movement, the Ombudsperson’s press office says.
On December 3, a defender of the Republic born in 1976 suffered an explosive injury and an inner head injury near Yasinovataya.
From November 29 to December 5, 1 male civilian was wounded in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
From January 1 to December 5, 2019, in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, as a result of armed aggression on the part of Ukraine, 215 persons suffered wounds and injuries of varying severity, including 142 military personnel of the Republic, 24 female civilians, 44 male civilians and 5 minors.
From November 29 to December 5, in the DPR territory there were killed 5 military personnel of the Republic.
From January 1 to December 5, 2019, as a result of armed aggression on the part of Ukraine, in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic there were killed 165 persons, including 156 were military personnel of the Republic, 6 female civilians and 3 male civilian.
As will be noted, 4,894 persons, including 81 children, have been killed in the Donetsk People’s Republic since the outset of the armed conflict.
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic continues to receive officially confirmed information about the persons who have been injured since the beginning of the conflict.
