Head of DPR Denis Pushilin became familiarized with the work of enterprises in Torez and Snezhnoye

On Wednesday of January 8, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin visited the towns of Torez and Snezhnoye and discussed with the management of some enterprises the development of production facilities.

Thus, at the Torez Electrical Engineering Plant state enterprise, he raised the issues of increasing its competitiveness. Following the visit to the plant, the Head of the Republic instructed director of the state enterprise Igor Nevalyonny to elaborate and present non-standard projects and ways of solving pressing problems until February.

Note that the electrical engineering plant in Torez specializes in the production of mining equipment for fume and coal dust-hazardous mines. The plant’s range of products includes starters, circuit breakers, transformer units, etc. In addition, to meet the demands for wheeled equipment in the Donetsk People’s Republic and beyond, the plant has arranged for semi knocked down assembly of wheeled equipment for a wide range of purposes and production of attachments for this equipment.

In Snezhnoye, Denis Pushilin in the company of director of the Snezhnoye sausage factory Sergey Berest was acquainted with the production methods.

The factory’s manager emphasized that the main principle in this business is quality, and it is above all. He also added that the enterprise is making progress in this area, but in order to step up its development, it is necessary to enhance all stages of production.

Then, the Head of the Republic inquired into the issue of logistics at Snezhinka Sewing Factory PJSC. Note that the enterprise, first of all, specializes in sewing overalls, particularly for the Ministry of Emergency Situations, public utilities and other agencies of the Republic. School uniform is also sewed here.

Snezhinka Sewing Factory PJSC has worked without intermission even during the most active hostilities. To date, the main problem is the lack of personnel. The Head of the DPR instructed the factory’s management to come up with proposals, ideas and a program to optimize the work in the nearest future, including requisition planning.
