The Investigation Department of the DPR General Prosecutor’s Office is investigating four episodes in a criminal case instituted on the evidence of offences covered by paragraphs “A”, “C”, part 2 of article 229 of the Criminal Code of the DPR (committing a terrorist act), against the commander of the 28th separate mechanized AFU brigade, Marchenko, the press service of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office announced today, on January 24.
It has been established that on 23 January, 2020, military personnel of the 28th AFU mechanized brigade, on the orders of Marchenko, fired with IFV-2 guns at the urban-type village of Staromikhailovka in the Kirovsky district of Donetsk, resulting from which the glazing was damaged at 126 and 128 Lenina Street, 4 Bakinskikh Commissarov Street and 52 Kotsyubinskogo Street.
