On January 24, the first group of children who had a rehabilitation in Krasnogorsk (Russia) arrived in Donetsk. According to a correspondent of the DPR Official Website, the children, who were injured during the hostilities, spent two weeks in the Sozvezdiye Educational Center located in Moscow suburbs.
“One child stayed in the center. He will undergo a surgery followed by prosthetics and rehabilitation. The second group of children, who set off the day before, will be staying in the center for 16 days. An individualized approach will be for each child, an appropriate examination will be done, as well as rehabilitation procedures,” Advisor on Child’s Rights to the DPR Head Eleonora Fedorenko noted.
She also expressed gratitude to Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, director of the Sozvezdiye Educational Center Sergey Syurin, mayor of Krasnogorsk Elmira Khaymurzina, representatives of Russian Railways OJSC, who provided free tickets for the trip to the center.
