A humanitarian cargo from the Dobrynya-DAR LLC based in the city of Sevastopol, the Russian Federation, arrived to the Donetsk People’s Republic in January 2020. The humanitarian aid comprises about 5 thousand food packages, the press service of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
The humanitarian aid was unloaded in warehouses for storing humanitarian aid of the State Institution “Center for the storage and distribution of humanitarian aid” of the DPR Emergencies Ministry in Donetsk.
During the meeting of the State Commission, a decision was approved on the distribution of humanitarian aid according to the proposals from Dobrynya Dar LLC:
– local authorities of the Donetsk People’s Republic to provide the following categories: veterans (combatants) of the Great Patriotic War, children of war, prisoners of fascist concentration camps, members of the veterans’ activist groups of City and District Veterans’ Councils of the Veterans’ Organization of the Donetsk People’s Republic, persons with category 1 and category 2 disabilities, participants of the Chernobyl NPP accident consequences elimination, and labor veterans;
– the Makeyevka Republican Specialized Orphanage under the Healthcare Ministry of the Donetsk People’s Republic;
– religious organizations of the Donetsk People’s Republic to assist parishioners in complicated circumstances.
In accordance with the decision of the protocol of January 21, 2020, the agencies-recipients of humanitarian aid are to unload it from a warehouse in Donetsk and carry out further delivery to beneficiaries in cities and districts of the Republic.
