The HEALTHyMOVEMENT Help Service has begun its operation on the basis of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement, the press service of the organization reports.
The main task set before the Service is to provide assistance to the Republic’s residents, self-isolated during the period of the high-alert regime due to the threat of the coronavirus spread.
The responsibilities of the HEALTHyMOVEMENT Service volunteers include:
- providing voluntary assistance to all residents of the DPR, including self-isolated people;
- countering panic;
- collecting problematic issues and searching for their solutions and response to them;
- psychological webinars;
- price monitoring in order to prevent illegal overcharging and preventing commodity shortages;
- informing the public about the situation, debunking fakes and rumours;
- assisting citizens in difficulty in crossing the border and checkpoints;
- arranging patrolling territories in order to control the unjustified stay of people outside their homes.
In addition, the Service plans to conduct psychological online workshops, provide links to online resources for free access to lessons, master classes, educational and entertaining projects, designed in the Republic and in Russia.

In addition, on the Mneniye [The Opinion] website, the DRPM’s HEALTHyMOVEMENT Help Service section has been opened on the Mneniye [The Opinion] website, where everyone can leave a message or ask a question.
In response to the epidemic threat, the Public Staff for Frontline Districts and the Mobile Legal Clinic Project are also retargeting their work. The Staff will arrange the purchase and distribution of prophylactic means of protection, antiseptics and medical masks throughout the frontline districts.
Along with that, activists of the DRPM’s Mobile Legal Clinic Project will carry out separately scheduled field visits to the remote areas of the DPR to provide medical care and essential hygiene products.
