On April 4 at 17:40, the armed formations of Ukraine shelled Golmovsky with 122mm artillery, which is prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process reports.
“A total of 15 shells have been fired at the village. The shelling damaged an 110kV power line on the premises of the dolomite plant at 2 Gardina Street, because of which Golmovsky is cut off power.
Reportedly, there have not been any casualties among the civilian population, more details are being specified,” the report says.
