The DPR Ministry of Health of informs that, according to the test results, another case of COVID-19 was registered in the Donetsk People’s Republic on April 8.
The disease was confirmed in a 35-year-old man who returned from the Russian Federation across the Uspenka checkpoint on April 4 and was in self-isolation. On Monday, April 6, he sought medical treatment of symptoms of a viral infection, after which he was admitted to a hospital, his condition is satisfactory.
Today, on April 8, the test for COVID-19 came back positive. Relatives of the infected person are also under supervision, their tests’ results will be reported later.
In total, as of 4:30 p.m. April 8, seven cases of the COVID-19 infection have been registered in the DPR.
